In the middle of walking, Mauri is suddenly pulled into the room by Rajeshwari who shuts the door behind her warning her to remain silent. When Mauri replies that she thought Rajeshwari would thank her for keeping their daughter with her for so long and then bringing her back with the Kalash, Rajeshwari threatens to throw her out of the house, not just slap her.
She says she even accepted Rajeshwari’s orders and put the necklace in the bag, but Rajeshwari warns her not to mention that day to her, and Mauri says the label of a thief has been removed from her head as she became a hero yesterday. She tells her aunti jee that she needs to keep working on her reports, she says they have a lot of fun calling her aunty jee, she explains Vedika is very clever.

Seeing how emotionally vulnerable Saraswathi has become after being separated from her daughters for two decades, Vedika declares that if anyone claims to be her daughter, she will accept them as such. This realization came after Saraswathi accepted Koyal as Jhanvi.
Vedika promises to rectify the situation and acknowledges that both she and Yamini are responsible for Saraswathi’s condition. She clarifies that she is not to blame but reassures that she will set things right and prove to everyone that she is Jhanvi. Vedika then declares her intention to return and take her mother back, prompting Rajeshwari to ask on what grounds. Vedika signals her to be quiet, stating that she is speaking with her mother and mentions that she is aware of the negative reports, suspecting someone has tampered with them as it is her duty to fight for the truth.
Mauri had warned Rajeshwari about Vedika’s dangerous nature, causing Rajeshwari to hush her. When Vedika questioned Rajeshwari’s worries about her staying in the house or taking her Grandson away, Vedika offered everything – including property, wealth, and the Grandson – to Rajeshwari. However, Vedika explained that she was only here for her mother and had no interest in maintaining a relationship with them. After all, what is the value of a relationship without trust? Vedika expressed disappointment in her Grandson’s lack of trust towards her and speculated about his upbringing.
Sagar believes Vedika has no authority, to which she responds by stating that she will not be silenced from speaking the truth. Despite Sagar’s warning, Vedika goes to Suphedra and assures her that she did not intentionally hurt her and asks for her trust. Rajeshwari interjects, reminding everyone of what they saw. Vedika acknowledges that she cannot ask Suphedra to trust her, as she herself has faced numerous difficulties. She also notes that Suphedra is unaware of her true identity, otherwise she would possess the same strength and determination as her mother.
According to Vedika, women are not allowed to speak up and are often silenced if they try. Sagar asks for clarification, and Vedika asserts that she will not be pressured and plans to take her mother with her. As she heads towards the door, Mauri drags Koyal over and tells her to confront Vedika for insulting her earlier. However, Koyal refuses, stating that she cannot just leave after manipulating her mother.
Vedika slaps Koyal very hard, saying she had asked her to keep quiet but Koyal had not listened to her, so this is for it. Koyal asks how dare her, and Vedika slaps her again for playing with her mother’s feelings. Sagar also questions Vedika. Saraswathi asks her to stop questioning if she got mad, and Vedika says she vowed to be angry, but was forced to do so.
Sagar stops Vedika, telling her not to come to the office from tomorrow and that she will be given the termination letter, Vedika says he cannot fire her without a one month notice and he knows she doesn’t sign contracts without reading them, and even explains that there must be a valid reason for firing her. Saraswathi is furious when Vedika leaves.
