Daddy tells Shiv that Shakti has brought hope to your life. She thanks Shakti for giving them their Shiv. She hugs her and tells her that Shiv will become the best doctor again. Shiv hugs Shakti and tells her you called me your wife so many times today, she is about to kiss him, but he stops her and runs away. Mandira is angry. Rimjhim and the others leave from there. Padma tells Mandira that no one took your side today, this girl is ruining your plans.
She comes to Mandira’s house and says I won’t fail them because she’s wrong. Rimjhim arrives. Shakti tells Mandira that if it weren’t for Shakti, she would have burned alive today, but she will pay for her crimes. She tells Rimjhim that she will protect her at any cost, glaring at Mandira and leaving. Rimjhim brings a towel for Mandira and asks her to change. Mandira is angry because she remembers Shakti’s insults.
Gayatri breaks down in tears as she confides in Shakti about Mandira’s threats towards Shiv. In this battle, we must not falter or cower, but instead use our strength and courage to outwit Mandira. Our mission is clear: we must unveil her true intentions before she has the chance to harm Shiv. Gayatri is eager to know how. Shakti reassures her that together, we will overcome any obstacles and put an end to Mandira’s reign of terror. She reminds Gayatri of all the pain and suffering Mandira has caused them already, including the death of Gauri and Shiv’s withdrawn state; it is time for us to take action. Gayatri agrees, determined to do whatever it takes for her children. But where do we begin? Shakti believes that with faith in the Lord, he will guide us towards the right path. She turns to him in prayer for guidance.
As she is already faced with too many problems, Manorama tells Chacha that she cannot inform Shakti about the loan. Chacha prays to the Lord and asks him to help him. He sees an ad for a kidney donation for money. He thanks the Lord. The wind blows, and a newspaper falls in front of him.
When Keertan’s papers fall while he is sprinting to Mandira, he ignores it and continues on. Shakti arrives and retrieves the documents. With a sly smile, he replies, “This will help me expose Mandira.” She claims that although Keertan can never perform any operation, this paper states that he will perform an open heart procedure, thus I’m sure Mandira is up to something. She would only assist him if it would benefit her, but what would that benefit be?
During the open heart surgery, Mandira tells Keertan that he is not a real doctor. She says if you perform the surgery, the patient will die. Keertan says I have to become a doctor and if the patient dies, Shiv will be blamed since he owns the hospital and I will make him do the surgery; we could blame Shiv because of his mental illness.
Mandira expresses concern that Shiv will not agree to the operation. Keertan assures her that his experience with Shakti has given him the necessary confidence to perform such a procedure, and Shiv will ultimately agree. Mandira agrees and asks when they should go ahead with the plan. Keertan suggests doing it today. Mandira questions the risk involved, to which Keertan responds with details of a 62-year-old patient in need of an expensive operation worth one crore. He emphasizes the importance of completing this operation for their shady business to continue and maintain their clients. With a wealthy client willing to pay, Keertan suggests letting the organ donor die and placing the blame on Shiv.
Shakti comes to Shiv in the hospital. Shiv is talking to a nurse and ignores her. Shakti says you were talking about me being the best wife and you are now ignoring me? Shiv says he is too busy to listen. Shakti pulls him, and his files fall. When Shakti picks up the papers, she asks about the surgery schedule. Shiv says he will attend all surgeries from now on.
I can’t take any risks, says Mandira. Keertan says I don’t need her permission, and it’s about killing Shiv so that I will carry out this operation today only.
