Manorama and Gayatri dress up as nurses. Manorama runs into Rimjhim, but she doesn’t know her, so they leave. The two girls are scared because Raghunath is coming and run away from him. Raghunath tells Gayatri to check on a patient. She tells me to check, and then he leaves. She lies down on a pedestal and covers herself up like a patient. From that point on, Manorama and Gayatri wheel her.
He changes clothes at the doctor’s office, puts on a mask over his face, and calls Mandira to tell her he is ready. He is said to do his work and hide so no one can see him. He starts to walk to Shiv’s room. Manorama and Gayatri walk up to him while Shakti is lying on the statue. She shows her face, but Keertan doesn’t see her and walks away.
Padma checks the nurses’ room for Mandira while she looks for her. She says, “I’ll have fun,” and then she puts on their clothes as costumes. She is shocked when she sees Gayatri’s saree left there.
Manorama and Gayatri are moving Shakti around when Mandira walks up to them. They are stopped, and she asks, “Who is this patient?” Gayatri says we need to take her to the hospital right away. Mandira says it’s okay and turns to leave, but then she sees Shakti’s wrapped hand hanging from the statue. There was tape on her hands, so Mandira said, “I’m sure it was Shakti.” If you call Mandira, she will tell you that Manorama, Gayatri, and Shakti are in the hospital. The woman says, “I’m sure they’re going to Shiv.”
Keertan goes to the drugstore to get the poison to kill Shiv. Not being able to find Shakti, Mandira looks all over. On the other side, Gayatri and Manorama are taking Shakti to Shiv’s room.
Keertan walks into Shiv’s room and tells him, “You’ve caused me so much stress. You insulted me, hit me, and took Shakti away from me.” Today, I’m going to kill you. He gives Shiv the shot and is about to give it to him when Manorama and Gayatri appear. Shakti walks in and offers Keertan a hard slap. Mandira says, “I don’t know what’s going on,” as she looks for Keertan.
Ashti tells Keertan that he shouldn’t try to hurt Shiv. She grabs him when he tries to leave. Mandira tries to get into the ICU but is stopped by Gayatri and Manorama. When the other nurses show up, Mandira tells them to go. She told Keertan not to hurt her Shiv, and she was beating him up in the ICU. He’s not by himself. Keertan believes that I will kill Shiv today, no matter what.
