Keertan tells Mandira what Shakti’s plan is. He can’t marry Rimjhim. Mandira says we have to go wedding shopping. You deserve Rimjhim alone.
Manorama and her family come to Shiv’s house. Manorama asks how we will prepare for the wedding so early. Raghunath says don’t worry, we will have a fantastic wedding. Dadi tells Manorama that we will be thankful as you gave your daughters to us, so don’t worry about preparations or money. Dadi says, I want my daughters to be happy here. So let’s do haldi tomorrow.
All family members congratulate Manorama. Dadi tells Chacha to find good wedding dates as well. Chacha says 10th January will be a good day for the wedding. Shiv hears that and leaves. Manorama leaves with her family. Gayatri approaches Raghunath and thanks him for forgiving him.
I must keep a pretense going. A son isn’t a son if he becomes more significant than his father. Shiv has passed that limit, and he leaves. Gayatri is shocked. Mandira hears that and tells Koyal that this family is all broken up. Lord is on my side. Keertan asks, why are you ruining my life? She says, “You deserve it.”
Gauri’s photo makes Shakti think that Shiv wasn’t happy with the marriage, but he was her dream. Shiv says he doesn’t know how Shakti agreed to marry me after knowing my truth. Manorama arrives at Shakti and says Shiv is unhappy. Does Shakti not want to marry me? According to Manorama, he fears you will lose focus on your dream of becoming a doctor after marriage.
Shakti asks if Shiv told you. Manorama says yes and recalls how Mandira said that. She hugs her and thinks I had to lie to Shakti to keep her from worrying. Manorama says Shiv considers your dream his dream, so don’t worry. I am lucky to have Shiv by my side; he will take on duties with me and help me become the best doctor I can be.
When Shakti marries me, Shiv says she may not be able to become a good doctor. Gayatri tells him to move on and forget about the past. She puts Gauri’s photo away and says everyone is satisfied with your decision. Lord has connected you with Shakti, so don’t worry; marry her. He nods in agreement.
In the morning, Shakti’s haldi ceremony commences at Shiv’s house. Dadi bestows her blessings upon Shakti as she scans the room for Shiv. Dadi assures her that he is preparing for the ceremony. Meanwhile, Raghunath suggests they proceed with the rituals. They all enter the house and are captivated by the beautiful decorations. Koyal accidentally bumps into Dharam and mockingly warns him to keep his distance. Gayatri, who has been watching from a distance, grins at Shakti. Raghunath approaches her and reminds her that Shiv’s happiness is at stake, warning her to stay away from him or face the consequences if anything goes wrong.
She says that Shakti loves truth but is unaware that Shiv’s life is built on lies. Everyone thinks she knows Shiv’s secret, but she doesn’t. Shiv is a trap for her.
