The episode begins with Shakti in tears, begging Shiv not to leave her. She reminds him of his promise to stay with her forever. However, Shiv says he made that promise to protect her, and now that he’s become a danger to her, he must leave. He assures her he’ll return after treatment, sane and ready to begin a new life with her. The two share an emotional hug before Shiv starts to walk away.
Mandira smirks, finding the emotional exchange melodramatic. As Shiv leaves with the mental health staff, Nandu restrains Shakti on Mandira’s orders. In desperation, Shakti bites Nandu’s hand and chases after Shiv, but it’s too late—he’s gone. Shakti falls to the ground, heartbroken.
Meanwhile, Koyal tells Dharam that Manorama faked her suicide. She shows him the pills hidden under Manorama’s bed. Dharam is furious and accuses his mother of betrayal. In return, he shocks everyone by declaring he won’t marry Koyal and instead chooses to end his life. He locks himself in his room and consumes poison. Koyal and Manorama break down the door to find Dharam unconscious.
Back at home, Shakti blames the entire family for abandoning Shiv. She confronts Ragunath, saying he failed both as a father and husband. She lashes out at Rimjhim and Nandu for their silence and inaction.
Shiv sits silently in the ambulance, recalling memories of the house and family. Shakti vents her anger on everyone—Padma, Kamal, and especially Mandira—calling them traitors. She vows to bring Shiv back home and warns Mandira of the consequences.
As the ambulance drives away, Shakti runs out and blocks its path. She tells the mental hospital staff that she is Shiv’s legal guardian, and without her consent, they can’t take him. She threatens legal action and demands Shiv step out. Though initially reluctant, Shiv agrees and nods, finally returning home with her.

Shiv’s father tells Shakti that Shiv shouldn’t return home until he is fully treated. Shakti reminds him of Dadaji’s will, stating Shiv is the legal owner of the house. In response, his father says, “Fine, we’ll all leave. Let him stay alone.”
