The episode begins with Dadi spotting Mohini’s snake form in the mirror. Shocked and terrified, she rushes to her room, locking herself inside. She panics, recalling the priest’s warning that a naagin won’t spare Shiv. Desperate, she calls Shakti.
Shakti, on her way to fetch a file, is already on a call with Shiv. Once she ends it, she receives Dadi’s call, begging her to come quickly. Concerned, Shakti runs to her room.
Meanwhile, Mohini instructs Keertan that before targeting the queen, they must eliminate her support system—starting with Dadi. Keertan obeys.
Elsewhere, Dharam approaches Manorama, asking for money to buy things for Koyal. Manorama coldly reminds him that since he married a “princess,” he must now earn to fulfill her wishes instead of relying on her. This angers Koyal.
Back in the house, Shakti rushes to Dadi, who is trembling in fear. Dadi insists that the naagin will kill everyone. Shakti tries to calm her down and reaches for her inhaler. As Shakti steps out to fetch it, Keertan enters. Dadi questions his presence, but he confesses he has come to kill her on “her” orders. Shocked, Dadi resists as Keertan begins strangling her.
Shakti, unaware, gets trapped as Mohini locks her room from the outside. Shakti bangs the door, calling out for Dadi.
Dadi fights back and escapes, running towards the stairs with Keertan following closely. Suddenly, Mohini takes her snake form and causes Dadi to trip. Dadi falls down the stairs, badly injured. The family rushes her to the hospital as Mohini smirks, satisfied, declaring her real target is Shakti.
At the hospital, Shiv panics seeing Dadi’s condition and escorts her to the OT. Ragunath explains she fell from the stairs. Shiv tries calling Shakti, but she doesn’t answer.
Meanwhile, Shakti is still locked in her room. Distressed, she realizes Dadi must have had an attack and pleads for someone to open the door. Suddenly, she spots a snake slithering into the room. To her horror, the snake transforms into Mohini. Shakti is stunned as Mohini smirks at her.
Precap: Mohini, disguised as a nurse, tells Shiv to remove the kalava (sacred thread) before surgery, claiming it may cause infection. Shiv cuts it, while Shakti meets with a dangerous accident.
