The episode begins with Shakti imagining Mohini turning into her snake form. In her vision, Mohini reveals her true identity and her motive—revenge for her husband’s death. She tells Shakti that since Shiv’s life is tied to her, she must kill her first. Just as Mohini traps her in her snake body, Shakti jolts back—it was only Mohini’s dream. Shakti remains locked in her room, while Mohini mutters she must wait before killing her.

Meanwhile, Shiv is restless and tries calling Shakti, unaware she doesn’t have her phone. Shakti continues banging on the locked door until a servant opens it. He informs her that Dadi fell from the stairs. Shakti panics and rushes to the hospital.

Elsewhere, Koyal confronts Manorama for belittling her wishes, accusing her of looking down on her because of her wealthy background. Koyal storms off, leaving Manorama thoughtful.

At the hospital, Shiv prepares for Dadi’s surgery. Emotional, he recalls cherished moments with her. Disguised as a nurse, Mohini enters with her face covered. She cunningly asks Shiv to remove his sacred thread, claiming it could cause infection during the operation. Shiv agrees and asks her to cut it. However, Mohini cannot touch or cut it due to its spiritual power. When she hesitates, Shiv grows annoyed and cuts it himself. Mohini smirks, pleased with her ploy.

On the way to the hospital, Shakti’s car loses control and crashes into a tree. Beera secretly watches, determined to prevent her from reaching the hospital. Despite the accident, Shakti checks on the driver and then begins walking toward the hospital on foot.

At home, Dharam surprises everyone by fulfilling Koyal’s wishes. Rimjhim asks how he managed the money, and Dharam reveals he sold his bike. Chacha feels upset, but Manorama supports Dharam, saying his wife’s happiness matters most.

Shakti finally reaches the hospital and inquires about Dadi. Ragunath explains she fell down the stairs, but nobody saw how. Shakti immediately suspects Keertan, recalling his past misdeeds. She grabs him, accusing him of being behind the incident. Keertan denies it, while Padma and Sundari defend him, insisting Dadi merely slipped. Shakti remembers Dadi’s terrified words about a snake and starts believing Dadi may have been right.

Precap: Shiv spots Mohini at the hospital and asks Shakti to wait. He tells her he needs to fire a nurse. He follows Mohini, but she locks herself inside a room. Shiv knocks on the door, demanding she come out.
