Mandira urges Keertan to go and visit his wife, to which he responds by expressing his dislike for her. She then mentions that his wife had recently met with her parents, who might have influenced her thoughts. Since she is a valued member of their group, Keertan needs to ensure she stays loyal to them. Mandira suggests he ask her about any discoveries from the visit. He nods in agreement and departs. Meanwhile, Shiv is lying in a corner, and Shakti embraces him while shedding tears.
As Keertan enters the room, Rimjhim embraces him and exclaims she missed him immensely. Living without him was pretty challenging. Keertan responds by sharing how he wasn’t worried about Mandira alone in the house while imprisoned. Rimjhim then discloses that she has something to tell him – Mandira is not truthful. In disbelief, Keertan questions how Mandira could lie about Shiv attacking her when he sees Shiv at her parents’ house. Mandira interjects by insisting that Shiv attacked her, causing Keertan to angrily slap Rimjhim for accusing his mother of lying. However, before he can strike her again, Mandira intervenes and asks how to raise his hand on Rimjhim.
Keertan accused you of something. Mandira clarifies that she did not raise you to be violent towards your wife. She turns to Rimjhim and asks for an explanation. Rimjhim denies your claim that Shiv came to attack you, as she saw him at Manorama’s house right before. Mandira suggests that perhaps he arrived here earlier than expected. She expresses her disappointment in your actions, stating that she has treated you like a son despite your mother’s rejection. She also helped arrange your marriage to Keertan, yet now you doubt her loyalty?
Shiv came here and attacked me. Rimjhim apologizes for doubting me, while Mandira scolds Keertan for raising his hand on her. She assures him that she will handle Shiv and subtly gestures towards the door, to which Keertan nods. After she leaves, Rimjhim expresses her regret to Keertan for doubting Mandira and taking responsibility for the situation. Keertan embraces her and also apologizes. He then locks her in the room, believing that she knows too much and must be kept in confinement.
Shakti embraces Shiv, grateful for all the times he has aided her. However, she now finds herself in a helpless position and unable to return the favour. Meanwhile, Dadi remains unconscious and is haunted by memories of Gayatri’s passing. When the inspector arrives at Mandira’s residence, she recounts how Shiv had violently attacked her and attempted to end her life. As Raghunath enters the scene, his piercing gaze falls upon her. He then hands over a container of Gayatri’s ashes to Mandira.
Rimjhim attempts to exit her room but finds it locked. She pounds on the door and lets out a scream. Nandu overhears and unlocks it for her. Upon being freed, she inquires, “Who trapped me in here?” He responds, “I am not sure. I heard you from outside as I was walking by.”
Kamal firmly reminds Raghunath that Shiv has committed terrible deeds despite being his son. He is responsible for the imprisonment of my innocent son and has even attempted to take Mandira’s life. We must not overlook the fact that he also harmed your wife. However, Raghunath believes that Shiv is innocent and incapable of such actions. Kamal disagrees, stating that Raghunath is blinded by his love for his son. He then instructs the commissioner to issue shoot-on-sight orders for Shiv, which the commissioner agrees with, deeming him dangerous. The inspector is then given these orders while Mandira looks on with a smirk.
