The episode begins with Shiv stepping out of the OT after Dadi’s operation. Shakti hugs him and anxiously asks about Dadi’s condition. Shiv, still tense, blames Shakti for not being careful enough and questions how Dadi could fall under her watch. Hurt, Shakti pleads with him through tears, but Shiv walks away.

At home, Rimjhim scolds Dharam for selling his bike, which Chacha gifted him, just to fulfill Koyal’s wishes. She argues Dharam should value his family’s hard work too. Manorama supports Dharam, saying he did it for his wife. Rimjhim insists Koyal must also learn to compromise. Just then, Koyal interrupts, furious at Rimjhim’s interference. She claims Dharam is her husband, not Rimjhim’s, and accuses Rimjhim of being jealous because her own marriage failed. Koyal’s harsh words reduce Rimjhim to tears, and though she tries to slap Koyal, Koyal warns her not to forget her status. Rimjhim is left heartbroken while Dharam tries to pacify her.

Back at the hospital, Shiv realizes he was too harsh and returns to console Shakti, apologising for shouting. He admits he panicked seeing Dadi’s condition and fears losing her. Shakti reassures him that Dadi will recover. Watching them secretly, Mohini, disguised as a nurse, catches Shiv’s attention. Shiv follows her, but Mohini locks herself inside a room. Determined, Shiv breaks the door down, only to find the room empty. Mohini escapes unnoticed in her snake form, leaving Shiv baffled.

Confused, Shiv checks with the receptionist about the nurse who assisted him during Dadi’s surgery. To his shock, he is told no nurse was assigned to him that day. Shakti asks him to let it go for now and focus on Dadi.

Elsewhere, Mohini meets Beera and admits Shiv almost discovered her. She vows to expose herself to Shiv soon and reveals her plan to kill Dadi and reclaim her Kundan. Beera warns her not to forget her true mission—the Naagmani, which she lost 25 years ago. He reminds her that only Dadi knows its secrets, so she cannot kill her yet. He also points out that Shakti is Shiv’s biggest strength, blessed by divine power. Mohini swears to separate Shiv and Shakti and achieve her goals.

Precap: Shakti finds a snake’s skin hidden among Mohini’s clothes. Alarmed, she recalls Dadi’s warnings about a naagin. She confronts Mohini, saying, “I found snake’s skin in your clothes. Do you remember anything now?”
