The OT nurse says you can’t enter as an operation is in progress. Shiv tells Shakti that these are the rules she has to follow as a doctor, so let’s go from here. Shakti agrees and leaves with Shiv. After she finds out about the operation, Mandira says Keertan is a fool and that she must stop him. Kamal asks her where she is going, and she replies, “I have something important to attend to. You never give me time,” he says.
Mandira insists it’s urgent, so I must leave. He hands her five lacs in cash, saying it’s for charity. She takes the money and prepares to go, but he questions why she always asks him for cash when she has plenty in her account. Mandira says she wants to do charity in his name and hurries off. Gayatri overhears all of this and wonders why Mandira relies on Kamal for charity instead of using her resources. She used to handle charity before Gauri passed away, but now Mandira has taken over. Gayatri is left puzzled by Mandira’s choice to ask Kamal for cash for charity purposes.
Even though Kale would never question her intentions, I am sure she is doing something shady and giving money to someone, but why? I must find out why. She recalls Shakti’s words that they have to expose Mandira before she can harm Shiv. Keertan looks at an unconscious Chacha and says he has to die now. He starts preparing for his operation. She says I have found a link that will expose Mandira.
As Manorama and Dharam pray for Chacha’s return, they stand on one foot to pray. Shakti calls Chacha’s phone and searches around for him. Keertan is performing Chacha’s operation when his phone rings. He cuts the call and drains Chacha’s sacred chain. When did the old OT open for operations? The manager replied that we didn’t do any operations there. Shiv is confused.
She calls Manorama and says she couldn’t find Chacha. When she exits the hospital, she finds Chacha’s chain lying near the drainage. Shiv arrives and says the old OT is not operational; I don’t know who’s being treated there. In Shakti’s opinion, my doubts have been proven true since I found Chacha’s chain near the drain. Shiv says this drainage is connected to the old OT. Shiv holds her hand as they head back to the old OT.
Before breaking the door, Shiv knocks on the old OT and asks the staff to open it. Keertan is scared to see them outside. Shiv and Shakti begin breaking the door. All the staff gather around. Keertan breaks a back window and runs with his staff from there. After breaking the door, Shiv and Shakti enter the room and discover Chacha lying there with a cut on his stomach.
Shakti says, ” It’s a matter of stitching him up, so let’s call a doctor.” Shiv says, “We don’t have time; I’ll stitch him up. You need to help me, so calm down.” She nods and begins helping Shiv. The two of them work together as doctors to treat Chacha. Shiv stitches up Chacha’s wound, and Shakti checks his vitals and calms down. Shiv assures him he will be fine.
Shiv asks why they were doing this to Chacha. Shakti says we must find the culprits. Shakti says I will stay with him. Shiv says your emotions aren’t your weakness, and I should have listened to your intuition and not doubted it because he is in this condition because of me. He consoles her and leaves. Shakti says you listened to me and saved his life. Shiv says we have to look for the culprits, and I’ll go and check.
Chacha’s condition makes Shakti cry. She asks him to tell her that he is okay. She says, “I don’t know why you were here and why they treated you so badly, but whoever is responsible for this situation will be held accountable.” Mandira sees her with Chacha and says, “Oh God. Keertan had to get him only to do this operation. Shiv won’t remain silent now. I promise to punish your culprits and bring them to you.”
As Shiv finds Mandira in the hospital, he says he is grateful that you are here. There is something shady happening, and I need your help in locating the culprit. Mandira says she doesn’t believe there is an organ smuggling racket going on here. Shiv says I never mentioned that. Mandira says, “I mean, people might think that.” Shiv asks if she is okay. Mandira says, “I’m just worried about our reputation.” Shiv says we need to find the culprit first. Mandira watches as Shiv talks.
