Shakti says that Shiv is Kartik’s father, so he must keep him with him. Shiv sadly moves away and starts leaving, but Shakti says that Kartik has already lost his mother and shouldn’t have his father away from him. You have your family, so why shouldn’t Kartik also have his family? How could you be so selfish and take away his family from him? Shiv looks on.
Kartik tells the family that he does not wish to return to the hostel. Mandira thinks you must leave; it is in your best interest. His carers are dragging him away. Even when Kartik begs them not to let him go, the carers persist because they are all depressed. When Shakti shows up, she orders them to leave Kartik alone. Everyone looks on. Kartik won’t be leaving this place with his family. Shakti glares at the family and informs Mandira.
Shiv didn’t accept you as his wife, so you are trying to be Kartik’s mother? Mandira says you can’t make his life decisions. Shakti says I am Kartik’s aunt, and only his father can make this decision. Shiv has decided to release him from the hostel, and she gives the letter to the caretaker, letting him know that he will be staying in the same school but in the house. Shiv has signed it, so we cannot take him; they leave.
Shakti asks Raghunath if Shiv’s signatures were forged. Raghunath tells her not to interfere with their affairs, and Mandira says she should have been thrown out earlier. Raghunath says I will throw her out, but Shakti says don’t come near me. As I have told you, I do not like abuse; if you touch me, I won’t be silent. Raghunath says you misbehave daily, and you want us to keep quiet? How can you take Kartik’s fate?
Shiv comes there and says I signed the letter. Mandira says you know why you sent Kartik back, and he’ll be in danger here. Shiv says he’ll stay with me because he’s my son. Kartik has the right to be with his family, too, if he’s with my family. In the event of the death of one of the parents of a kid, the second parent is responsible for fulfilling all the duties of both parents. Kartik needs his family to love him. He has that right. I won’t take it away from him because of my fears.
Kartik will now be living with us. Shakti’s face lights up upon hearing this news. Shiv expresses that he cannot be selfish and leave Kartik alone; thus, his son will reside with him and his family from now on. He adds that he cannot bear to be separated from his son any longer, which is his final decision. With a smile, Shiv embraces Kartik while Mandira looks on disapprovingly. Kartik says he doesn’t want to go anywhere else. Shiv assures him that he will never be sent away again and promises him all the love and care of his father.
They leave as a family. Gayatri smiles, seeing that—Mandira fumes in anger. Shiv starts taking him away, but Kartik calls Shakti and tells her to come along too. Shakti gets emotional and nods. She holds Shiv’s hand and smiles at him.
You tried so hard, but Shakti will fix this family, and I will no longer be alone because Shakti will protect us all, Gayatri tells Mandira. You couldn’t poison my family today because Shakti is our blessing, and you are unable to destroy her. Mandira is angry about that.
