Keertan attempts to strike Shiv, but Shakti intervenes and forcibly removes him. Meanwhile, Manorama and Gayatri are struggling to enter the ICU, but Mandira is blocking their path. Inside, Keertan prepares to inject Shiv, but Shakti reveals his identity by removing his mask. In response, Keertan shoves her away and escapes through the window. Shakti rushes to an unconscious Shiv and embraces him tightly.
Mandira swiftly enters the room and guides Shakti away. The rest of the family quickly gathers around. Mandira reveals her purpose for being there was to eliminate Shiv, presenting the injection as evidence that Shakti had planned to use it on him. She uncovers Manorama and Gayatri’s true identities and exposes their involvement in the plot to kill Shiv. Padma hands over the sarees found in the changing room as proof. Mandira proudly shares that she intervened just in time to save Shiv’s life. However, Shakti interrupts, stating that she only tries to protect Shiv from Keertan’s threats.
Mandira claims he is currently incarcerated, so how could he possibly be present? Raghunath urges Shakti to refrain from her actions, stating that they should involve the authorities. Shakti defends herself, explaining that she was trying to safeguard Shiv. Rimjhim chimes in, reminding her to consider the effects of her actions on others’ mental well-being. Dadi expresses her satisfaction with Shiv’s newfound happiness and threatens to have everyone involved arrested. Gayatri interjects, denying any attempt to harm Shiv. However, Dadi silences her, declaring her the worst mother for causing the death of both her daughter-in-law and now her son.
Upon arrival, the inspector orders the arrest of all three individuals for allegedly attempting to kill Shiv. Shakti anxiously awaits the outcome but is relieved when Shiv emerges from the ICU and declares Shakti’s innocence. The others are stunned by his sudden appearance. Shakti rushes to embrace Shiv without hesitation as they share a heartfelt moment. Mandira struggles to process what she has just witnessed while Gayatri inquires about Shiv’s well-being. He reassures them he is fine and questions the inspector’s decision to arrest Shakti based solely on someone else’s words. He suggests that a proper investigation should have taken place before any action was taken. He reveals that Shakti had been trying to save his life. The police apologized for their mistake and exited the scene.
Upon arrival, the physician instructs Shiv to return so they can begin treatment. After perusing his medical records, Shiv tears them apart and states they are as phony as the doctors themselves. He reveals that he did not suffer a cardiac episode; instead, someone had caused him to lose consciousness against his will. Accusing the doctor of deceit, he demands that they leave their place of work and exit immediately. The physician glances at Mandira, who gestures for them to depart, and they comply. Turning to his family, Shiv questions how they could suspect Shakti and Manorama-Gayatri and why they never inquired about their presence. He expresses disbelief at the idea of a mother killing her son and asserts that Shakti did not carry out his attack.
I was almost killed. Mandira inquires about the culprit. Shakti reveals it to be Keertan but questions how he could have been there. Shiv assures them that they will locate him soon. He then instructs their family to head home, promising to join them shortly with Shakti. Gayatri wishes him a happy birthday before departing. Dadi gives him her blessings as Shiv declares that it is time for their enemies to suffer. Shakti also extends her birthday wishes, and he thanks her before shooting a disdainful look at Mandira, reminding her that they still have some issues to resolve. Shakti nods in agreement.
