As Shakti prays in the mandir, she pleads for guidance and enlightenment regarding Ranjan. However, her prayers are interrupted by a sudden dizziness, which does not go unnoticed by Shiv. Meanwhile, Rimjhim reflects on Keertan’s words about his liking for her and seeks him out. As she almost trips, Manorama and Ranjan come to her rescue. Concerned about her well-being, Shakti asks if she is okay. Manorama assures her that everything is fine and reminds Rimjhim to be cautious. Ranjan’s mother remarks that she could have dropped the pooja plate, but Manorama counters by saying that thankfully, nothing of the sort happened. The pooja commences as Shiv confides in Nandu about his efforts to win over Shakti’s heart failing so far. He sadly begins to leave but hopes for a sign from God before accepting her rejection and moving on.
As Shakti’s dupatta catches fire, Shiv immediately notices and calls out her name. She tries to remove it but is unable to do so. In a split second, Shiv rushes towards her and throws the burning dupatta away. During this commotion, Shakti accidentally drops the pooja plate at Mata’s feet while Shiv also tries to help. They share a brief look as they both hold onto the pooja plate. Chacha witnesses this and is taken aback. Keertan arrives at the scene and observes their proximity. Concerned for Shakti’s well-being, Chacha asks if she is alright while also thanking Shiv for his heroic act. Grateful, Shakti expresses her gratitude and Shiv responds by saying he only wants her friendship in return.
Shakti asks, are you a kid? I don’t want your friendship.. why do you keep pushing me? I don’t want to reject you, but you don’t get it. You should have simply let me die if you wanted friendship in return for saving me. Shiv shouts to stop it, don’t say that again, if you have a problem with me then fine, don’t talk to me anymore, but if your relationship was genuine, Mata would bless it, I wouldn’t see you again.
He tells everyone not to taunt Shakti, she is a very nice girl, so don’t bother. Bubbly says their drama isn’t stopping, if it happens again, I will break the marriage. Manorama says it won’t happen again. Chacha says let’s resume the pooja. Keertan leaves angrily. Rimjhim thinks he needs to speak with Keertan.
In the midst of crying, Keertan leaves the mandir, but Rimjhim asks him, “Why are you crying now?” You are late, Keertan says. He says a girl taught him how to romance, but now she is romancing with another guy. Did you forget how you behaved? Keertan says shut up, don’t you know what love is? Rimjhim says yes, I did too. Keertan says with whom? Rimjhim says with a loser like you.
Shakti points out the group of individuals, warning that they are not ones to show mercy. Upon being asked if he is causing them trouble, a man named Keertan vows to seek revenge and storms off in anger. Shakti expresses gratitude to those around before accompanying them out. Meanwhile, Rimjhim weeps and is comforted by Shakti’s embrace. Little does Ranjan know that he is secretly observing the scene unfold. Shakti advises Rimjhim not to shed tears over someone like Keertan, who does not deserve her love, and leads her away from the situation. Later, Ranjan contacts Mandira and reveals that he has discovered Rimjhim’s lover, who happens to be none other than her son Keertan. Shocked by this news, Mandira denies it and questions Ranjan’s sanity. However, Ranjan insists that he heard it himself and would not fabricate such information.
Mandira, Keertan, and Shakti seem to have conflicting opinions. While Mandira believes that Keertan dislikes girls like Shakti and Rimjhim, Ranjan saw the two of them together and thinks that love is blind so it can happen with anyone. He also mentions that he cannot stop loving Shakti despite her insults. Mandira wonders why boys always fall for Shakti while Ranjan adds that she has even slapped Mandira’s son in front of everyone. Despite the crowd gathering in favor of Shakti, Mandira’s son did not retaliate as he is smart. Fuming with anger, Mandira decides not to spare Shakti after this attack on her weakness.
When Manorama arrives at Shakti and Rimjhim, she asks what is going on between you two and the Kashyap boys. Shakti says don’t worry about Keertan, he’s so shameless. I don’t like him at all for Rimjhim. Manorama agrees. Shakti says Ranjan is not right for Rimjhim, he was hiding from Shiv. Manorama says stop it.. the world does not revolve around your Shiv… everyone saw you and Shiv together. Shakti says he just saved me.
Manorama advises you to manage your emotions. Shakti responds, “What?” Manorama adds, “I can perceive everything and I am aware that Shiv also has feelings for you.” Shakti dismisses it, saying, “That’s not possible. He just wants to be friends.” Manorama insists, “That stage has already passed and Shiv himself is oblivious to his love for you.” She reminds Shakti of how concerned he gets when she is in trouble and questions the purely platonic nature of their relationship. As Shakti reminisces about Shiv’s protective actions, Manorama observes, “The way he gazes at you and grins is distinct from his interactions with others.” Shakti remains silent.
