Mandira voices her concerns to Shakti, stating that if Shiv attends the same school as Kartik, he will likely experience bullying. She questions Shakti’s lack of protective instincts towards their son and accuses her of being selfishly motivated by a desire for power and wealth. Mandira claims she will secure victory by enrolling Shiv in Kartik’s school and challenges Shakti to protect him.
Koyal is currently being held hostage by Manorama, who is pretending to be someone else. Koyal has a feeling she recognizes their voices. To rescue her, Dharam is trailing the van belonging to the kidnappers.
Shakti informs Shiv that he is unable to attend school. He questions her, stating that he has all his necessary items. Raghunath interjects, suggesting that Shiv can still study at home without worry. However, Shiv insists on going with Kartik and taking an exam. Shakti expresses her concern, reminding him that Kartik cannot afford to miss his exam. In response, Shiv throws a tantrum, prompting Shakti to sternly reprimand him and even raise her hand before stopping herself.
Shiv’s fear is triggered upon witnessing the situation, prompting Mandira to document it through a video. He quickly retreats to his room while Raghunath escorts Kartik to school. Shakti expresses concern for Shiv, which prompts me to criticize him. Dadi reassured me that I did the right thing as a mother should be free to reprimand her children when necessary. Meanwhile, Mandira smugly ponders their obliviousness to my schemes.
Mandira approaches Shiv, only to find him in tears. He shares that she had forbidden him from attending school and scolded him instead. Mandira comforts him by presenting a butterfly she had caught, explaining that Shakti once trapped it in a jar. Tragically, the butterfly died, leading Mandira to caution Shiv about the consequences of being confined. Shiv also expresses his fear that the girl might have intentions to harm him.
According to Mandira, hiding is the only solution to rid yourself of her. As Shakti arrives, she quickly conceals herself behind a curtain. Bringing halwa for Shiv, Shakti offers it to him, but he refuses. Despite her apologies, he becomes infuriated and shoves her aside before fleeing. At the same time, Padma and Mandira film their videos.
The kidnappers take Koyal to a dungeon and bind her hands. Upon seeing Manorama’s bangles, Koyal doubts their expertise. Just then, Dharam confronts them, stating they will not harm her while he’s around. Taking advantage of the commotion, Koyal grabs a stone and manages to escape her restraints, fleeing from the scene.
Dharam leads the kidnappers out of the dungeon, followed by Manorama and Chacha removing their masks. Manorama reveals that she orchestrated her kidnapping for Dharam to become a hero. He expresses concern over the illegality of their actions, warning that if caught, they could all be in trouble. However, Koyal enters and announces that she is already aware of the situation.
According to Mandira, Shakti’s fate is captured in the film, leaving no chance for her salvation. Meanwhile, Shiv is fleeing from Shakti, claiming she wishes to harm him like the butterfly he encountered. Dadi interjects, urging Shiv not to make such accusations since Shakti profoundly cares for him. However, Shiv insists that this girl is a dangerous witch. Just then, Mandira arrives and inquires about the commotion. Shiv quickly seeks shelter behind her.
Dharam attempts to intervene and reminds her that it is against the law. Manorama responds by stating that if they let her go, they will end up in prison. She assures him that he will find another suitable person. Dharam points out how attractive she is before Koyal makes a run for it. Without hesitation, Dharam chases after her. Chacha breaks down in tears and expresses concern about facing imprisonment. Manorama replies that they must take action immediately.
Shiv instructs Mandira to ensure his safety. As Shakti attempts to approach him, Mandira intervenes, claiming that he is afraid of her. In turn, Shiv accuses Shakti of wanting to harm him and turns to Mandira for protection. Confused, Dadi questions why Shakti instills fear in Shiv. Shakti dismisses the concern, believing that Mandira is manipulating the situation. Raghunath remains uncertain about Mandira’s motives.
As Koyal flees, Dharam chases after her, only to have a stone hurled at him. “Please,” he pleads, “hear me out. My parents made a mistake, but they never intended to harm you. I vow to return you to your home and never cross paths with you again. It will pain me, but I implore you not to disclose this abduction to anyone.”
Koyal questions, “Why not?” and explains that my family is considered our foe. Dharam responds with disbelief, “What?” He points out that his sisters held their wedding celebrations at your home, but your mother instigated this ongoing enmity. You must be aware of the situation, so please refrain from placing blame on us. I implore you to keep this matter confidential. At that moment, Manorama enters and attempts to assault Koyal. Dharam steps in to shield her but, unfortunately, gets struck and loses consciousness.
As Mandira’s soothing lullaby lulls Shiv to sleep in her lap, Shakti and Dadi can’t help but feel disheartened. Meanwhile, Mandira wears a sly smile on her face. Realizing this, Dadi advises Shakti against taking action that may further strain Shiv’s feelings towards her.
