Keertan and Shiv are ready to go to Shakti’s house when Mandira tells them they should not go because it is a wedding proposal. Raghunath says it is right, elders should go. Shiv says I am old too. Mandira says we’ll all go. You can go later. Raghunath says Gayatri won’t go as she’s an omen. Shiv says we’ll wait here. I’ll call Shakti. Dadi says she must be just as excited as you, right? He says yes.
He leaves after Mandira tells him to rest. Dadi tells Keertan that once Shakti becomes his sister-in-law, she will also find him a bride. Keertan leaves angrily. Mandira thinks he is becoming too egoistic, I have to show him his place. Shakti is waiting for Ranjan. His wife calls her and says we will come to your house when he’s ready. He’s making rangoli. He says it’s not nice, and Shakti is hurt.
