During a phone call, Ranjan expresses concern about being recognized by Shiv. Mandira reassures him and ends the call. Keertan arrives and voices his own concerns about Shiv potentially recognizing Ranjan. Mandira assures Keertan that she has taken precautions to ensure Shiv does not recognize him. When asked how, Mandira explains that she has been slowly erasing Shiv’s memories with medication. Keertan suggests that if Ranjan tries to harm Shiv’s daughter Shakti, he will retaliate. However, Mandira is more concerned about Manorama, who may not support Shiv if he acts out against Ranjan due to Shakti not being her biological daughter.
Shiv voices his belief in our strong teamwork to Shakti, who responds by stating that their professional relationship does not require them to be friends. Shiv questions her stubbornness and her disapproval of Ranjan and Rimjhim’s marriage. Shakti is reminded of her negative perception of Ranjan and his family. Shiv reminds her that the two of them can fix any problem if they work together. Spotting Ranjan in hiding, Shakti realizes she must intervene in the wedding. She also considers Shiv’s words about teamwork and suggests that they listen to each other’s thoughts. She prompts him to recall where he has seen Ranjan before. Shiv recollects a previous altercation with Ranjan, and he retorts that they are not friends, so why should he have to explain himself?
Shakti is concerned about Rimjhim’s safety and leaves after a brief conversation with Shiv. He questions why Shakti is adamant on finding out where he saw Ranjan and doesn’t want him to marry Rimjhim. She dismisses his concerns and Shiv decides to confront Ranjan for answers. However, Shakti stops him from calling him, reminding him of their plan to not raise any doubts. Shiv smiles at her, causing Shakti to question the reason for his amusement. The two share a moment until they are interrupted by Manorama who suggests they join the ceremony. Shiv hesitates and walks away, leaving Shakti confused. Meanwhile, Ranjan observes their interaction and realizes that Shiv must be protecting Shakti from him as she moves away. Later, Ranjan reflects upon their past encounter and ponders over Shiv’s actions towards Shakti.
Shiv says, “I feel like I am losing control over my emotions. I get happy, excited, and then scared. This isn’t normal. Why am I feeling this way?” he closes his eyes and recalls his moments with Shakti.
Ragunath is concerned about Shiv’s well-being and discusses this with Mandira. He expresses his worry that Shiv has not gone to the hospital in four days, and if this continues, it could lead to negative consequences such as losing his position and causing more scandal. Maintaining their secrecy is crucial to avoid damaging everything they have worked for. Mandira shares Ragunath’s concern but feels powerless as Shiv is not listening to her. When asked why, Dadi chimes in and points out that it is because Shiv is following his heart, which others seem to have overlooked. She believes that he is going to Shakti’s house because of her influence.
Mandira says what are you saying? Dadi says he goes to that house just for Shakti. She thinks she can’t let her convince family that Shiv and Shakti are a good match. Mandira shouts that Shiv and Shakti should not be together. Everyone watches as Mandira says he can’t let Shiv break again; we can’t let him get hurt again. I don’t think Shiv is interested in her, but even if he is, I do not think we should let Shiv and Shakti unite.
Shakti becomes emotional while applying haldi on Rimjhim, causing Shiv to observe that they don’t appear happy. A guest inquires about their tears, prompting Manorama to explain that it’s just the emotions of seeing Rimjhim leave soon. She quietly urges them to hold back their tears. As Ranjan moves towards Shakti, Shiv notices and becomes upset. Manorama intervenes and pulls Ranjan away before he can touch her. Realizing the reason behind Shakti’s dislike for Ranjan, Shiv thinks he is a despicable man. Muttering that he will make an effort to remember Ranjan’s face, his mind replays the altercation but he still cannot recall him. Nevertheless, he declares that he will do anything for Shakti, despite not being able to remember Ranjan’s identity.
Shakti bumps into Shiv and mistakenly smears haldi on his shirt, saying she’s sorry. Shiv sees haldi on her face and smiles. He wipes her hands and face lovingly while Shakti stares at him. Manorama sees them and thinks Shakti will kill her. Ranjan sees them and thinks he shouldn’t spare Shakti for doing haldi with him.
He tells the family Shiv and Shakti are meant to be together. Mandira said that Guruji also said that someone would enter Shiv’s life, so I brought him a girl, but it didn’t work out. Shiv and Shakti are now married, and I believe that is what the Lord wants. I think we should think about Shakti and Shiv’s marriage. I cannot let this happen since Mandira believes Guruji also predicted Shakti to destroy me.
