Mandira shares with Shakti her latest actions – deleting the CCTV footage, rendering Shiv powerless and leading to his resignation this evening. She expresses gratitude for Shakti’s assistance, particularly in hugging Shiv which in turn led to his arrest. Mandira acknowledges Shakti’s role in successfully executing these schemes and wonders how she could be so cruel despite calling Shiv her son. However, Mandira clarifies that her only son is Keertan and advises Shakti to go console Shiv as he has nothing remaining. Finally, Mandira warns that Shakti will also face destruction for supporting Shiv, which she had predicted earlier.
Keertan will take the power and cancel your scholarship, so you won’t become a doctor now, and don’t mess with me again. Mandira can plot as much as she wants, but Shiv was and always will be the hospital’s MD, so Shakti says I should not dwell on my dreams, I have to be with Shiv and I will not let anyone break his dreams.
Shiv is hugging Dadi and says that that hospital was my dream and I lost it, that I always dreamed of taking care of people, but I lost my dream, it feels like my life is being sucked out of me. Hearing that, Gayatri hides and cries. A window opens and Shakti jumps in. When Dadi, Shiv, and Gayatri see her there, they are shocked. Dadi shouts, “What are you doing here?” Shiv stops her from entering.
Shakti hasn’t returned, and Manorama is worried about her. I hope she’s okay there. Keertan thanks Mandira and says I’m so happy. Mandira says you get all of this because of me, so you’ve got my blessings. Keep your head up so you won’t encounter cheap people on the road. Keertan knows you’re talking about Shakti. Mandira says she’s a dirt, so you shouldn’t think about her again.
Dadi is taken aback as she asks, “Who is this girl?” Shiv replies, “She came like a storm and won everyone’s heart.” This revelation surprises both Gayatri and Dadi. Shakti chimes in, “I may have won hearts, but we still have to win the war. Nandu Bhaiya filled me in on everything.” Dadi questions, “Is he already your brother?” To which Shakti clarifies, “He has been for a while now. I met him at the hospital with Shiv earlier.” She turns to Shiv and states, “You are paying the price for a crime you didn’t commit. I won’t let you resign.” Shiv tries to argue, but Shakti cuts him off, saying firmly that he must fight for his happiness.
As soon as she hears some noises, Mandira tells Keertan that she will see Shiv. Koyal arrives and says I saw something online. Keertan says she must be shopping again, she doesn’t care about money at all. Mandira says really? Keertan, your thinking is getting smaller when you are thinking about budget. Koyal gives him diamond cuffs and says these are real diamonds for my brother. Mandira takes the cuff and says these will be for Shiv. Shiv will resign, and we will own that hospital.
Shiv reassures Shakti that he is fine, but she can clearly see through his lies and sadness. She questions why he is punishing himself when he hasn’t done anything wrong. Reminding him of his altruistic goals with the dream hospital, she explains that giving up without a fight would be an injustice to himself, Dadi, and all those who love him. Dadi interjects with the information that the board plans to resign him that evening, but Shakti confidently declares that Shiv will not sign those papers. With only three hours left, Dadi wonders how they can stop it, to which Shakti responds that nothing is impossible when they are together. She promises to do everything in her power to prevent Shiv from resigning.
