Shiv tells Rimjhim that everything will be fine. She says let’s go home. I’m worried. Shiv gets a call. Manorama says come here quickly. I made a mistake in not trusting you and Shakti. She tells him everything and says Shakti is sitting in the mandap to save us. You must act quickly and save us. A slap from Ranjan’s brother-in-law. Rimjhim is informed that they are in danger. Shiv tells Rimjhim of Shiv’s threat.
The priest instructs Ranjan and Shakti to take the pheras. However, Shakti expresses concern about proceeding with the ceremony. Chacha inquires about what is wrong, explaining that she is not feeling well. Despite Ranjan’s warning not to act foolishly, Shakti stands by her decision to prioritize their well-being over starting a new relationship. She clarifies that they cannot take the pheras as the havan wood contains mould, which is considered a bad omen. Ranjan suggests disregarding this tradition, but the priest agrees with Shakti’s reasoning and says they should change the wood before continuing. The guests concur, while Chacha reassures them not to worry and asks for Dharam’s help replacing the wood. Shakti realizes she has bought some time but remains anxious about what will happen next. In response, Ranjan assures her that she will have to marry him no matter what.

Shakti stops them again and says mango leaves are missing from Kalash; that’s wrong. Chacha scolds Dharam and asks him to bring them back. Ranjan scolds the priest. Shakti prays for Shiva to come fast and worries about Manorama. She looks around for her and cannot find her. She prays to God to help her save herself and her family.
Manorama cries in the locked room, saying, “Shakti is in danger. If she gets married to Ranjan, then I won’t be able to forgive myself.” Shiv tells the rickshaw driver to drive fast. He remembers promising Shakti always to protect her.
Raghunath was going to Shakti’s house when Mandira stopped him sternly. “You must not go there,” she said, reminding him that it was a private matter for their family. He immediately retorted, “Be quiet! You told us that Ranjan had changed and that this marriage was the right decision because he had become a good person. But now you’re panicking because of your mistake.” Raghunath’s words took everyone aback as he continued, “You made us lie for that man. And now, because of you, our future daughter-in-law is sitting at the wedding altar with that thug.” Determined not to let Ranjan win, Raghunath declared that he would end the wedding and warned Mandira not to get involved. With those words, he left hurriedly while Mandira stood in shock.
