As the boy choked, Shakti hurried to the river for water but almost slipped. In that moment, Shiv emerged from the water and caught her. They shared a silent gaze before Shakti requested the kalash from him. She needed it to give the boy water, as he was not breathing. Shiv noted that giving him water while choking was dangerous and asked if she was a doctor. Shakti revealed her aspiration to become one and asked for his help. Impressed by his medical knowledge, she urged him to come with her and save the boy. With determination, she pulled him along.
Dr. Keertan says we will be stuck here for a long time and we need to save the boy, so he runs and finds a bike. He takes it and rides away.
Shakti brings Shiv to the choking child and he freezes in shock. She asks him why he stopped, but he is reminded of a past patient who he was unable to save. She pleads with him to help and urges him to come with her. Despite his trembling, Shakti questions how a doctor could be so heartless. Just then, Dr. Keertan arrives on the scene and rushes towards the child. Pushing Shiv aside, Shakti quickly follows suit. Confused, Dr. Keertan wonders what procedure needs to be done. Shakti explains the steps that Shiv had shared with her earlier, but Dr. Keertan struggles to understand and considers blaming Shakti and escaping the situation. He glares at her and exclaims that she can’t simply think she’s a doctor and treat patients without proper knowledge or qualifications.
Shakti apologizes, expressing her desire to help. Dr. Keertan accuses her of acting like she knows everything and insists she treat the patient immediately, warning her that failure to save him could result in jail time. Shakti reminds him that she is not familiar with the proper procedures. Meanwhile, the child’s mother pleads for the boy’s life. Shakti wonders where the other doctor has disappeared to and feels she has no other choice but to try and save the child herself. Rimjhim questions Shakti’s decision, but Shakti remains determined as she begins treatment on the boy. Dr Keertan threatens to press charges for practicing without a license, but Shakti’s immediate concern is saving the boy’s life. She takes a pair of scissors and silently prays for strength from Lord above.
As she recalls Shiv’s words, she swiftly creates a hole on his neck, prompting shock among the onlookers. They capture the chaotic scene on their phones. Shakti immediately tends to him and miraculously revives the child’s breathing. The crowd is amazed and commends her actions. Surprisingly, Dr. Keertan joins in with a smile, witnessing the praise towards Shakti. However, he quickly changes his tune and angrily reminds her of the danger she put them all in. Threatening legal action if anything happens to the child, he urgently escorts him to the ambulance. Meanwhile, the mother directs her anger towards Shakti, warning her that she will be held accountable if anything happens to her child. As Shakti locks eyes with Shiv, he offers a small smile of gratitude. Despite this brief moment of relief, the mother grabs Shakti and drags her away furiously.
Padma and Mandira were discussing the latest developments in their lives. Padma confided in her friend, expressing concerns about a sense of foreboding that something was amiss with her. To this, Mandira quipped that perhaps it was just Padma’s overactive imagination. Undeterred, Padma lamented that she had already endured a series of unfortunate events – from her older son leaving with his wife Ketki, to her younger son being at the beck and call of Shiv. On top of that, her mother seemed to favor Mandira more than her own daughter, while her husband was off on a spiritual journey. However, Mandira wasn’t one to indulge in theatrics and urged Padma to stop indulging in such dramatics. As they continued chatting, Padma received a disturbing video depicting a girl cutting a boy’s throat. Shockingly, Keertan appeared in the footage but did nothing to intervene. Without seeing the girl’s face, they both jumped to conclusions and assumed Dr. Keertan was responsible for harming the child. In panic mode, Padma suggested that Keertan might go to jail for this crime. But before she could say another word about it, Mandira emphatically
After Chacha and Chachi find out that Shakti cut a child’s throat, Chachi says we will be shamed in the city now, that she must have gone insane to treat people in such a way. She tells Chacha that people will not let us stay in the city anymore. Rimjhim says we should go to the hospital.
The child is rushed to the hospital. Dr. Keertan advises Shakti to remain outside the operating room. The mother of the child accuses Shakti of attempting to harm her son. Keertan warns that she will be sent to jail if any harm comes to the child. He then enters the OT. Feeling scared, Shakti reflects on how there were two doctors present but no one intervened, leaving her with no choice but to act. Chachi arrives and scolds Shakti for being reckless and not considering the consequences. In response, Shakti defends herself by explaining that she was only trying to provide medical attention. Chachi dismisses her as a fake doctor and says she will face legal consequences for her actions.
Shakti was taken aback when she saw Mandira and Padma approaching. She didn’t want Mandira to catch her with Chacha, so she hastily left the scene. Rimjhim informed Chachi about how Shakti had reprimanded a lady, only to find out later that it was Mandira, Chacha’s boss and trustee of the temple. Chachi was worried and asked, “Did Shakti really argue with Mandira? What will happen if he loses his job? How will we survive?” She pleaded with Shakti not to harm them and explained their dire situation. Shakti tried to comfort her but felt upset seeing her distressed. Rimjhim offered water to Chachi and Shakti prayed for divine intervention.
His mom Mandira says to Dr. Keertan, “I heard you call me from the operating room?” I bought you that doctor’s degree because you were spoiled, so stop pretending to be a real doctor. If you get exposed, we’ll be in trouble, these degrees are fake, but remember our plan, right? We had to take control away from Shiv.
As Padma joins them, Mandira willingly agrees to let her listen as well. Pointing at the video, Padma reveals that they have all seen Keertan apparently cutting a child’s throat. Keertan claims otherwise, stating that the girl in the recording was actually responsible for harming the child. He proceeds to explain his side of the story, insisting on his innocence. When he notices the same girl praying in the temple, he quickly brings it to Mandira’s attention. This revelation surprises Mandira and triggers her memory of Shakti’s earlier insult towards her. Padma confirms that it is indeed the same girl who had disrespected Mandira before. As Mandira reflects on this divine opportunity to teach the disrespectful girl a lesson, she believes that it is God’s will for her to do so.
