The episode begins with Bindiya playing the shank in the in-house temple as part of her puja. She then folds her hands in front of Ambe Maa. Payal shares with Krish that ever since she first saw him, she has been dreaming about their marriage and wedding night together. Krish responds by asking what she thought, that he hadn’t been dreaming about it too? He tells her that even he has been dreaming about it for years. Payal declares her love for Krish, but he stops her and says it shouldn’t happen like this. He lifts her veil and leans closer to her, but she playfully runs away. Krish catches up to her and is about to kiss her when a romantic song begins to play in the background. Eventually, they end up on the bed and Krish removes Payal’s veil from her face.
As the romantic melody of “Tere Ishq” fills the room, he leans in for a kiss, but is interrupted by Indu’s knock at the door. Krish swiftly opens the door to find Indu in tears, asking him to come see what has happened to her father. Without hesitation, they rush Baldev to the hospital where the doctor later emerges from his examination. Krish anxiously asks about Baldev’s condition, stating that he was perfectly fine just yesterday. The doctor explains that Baldev suffered a mild attack due to stress and advises them to keep him away from any further tension. Crying, Indu pleads with Krish not to create any more drama as they are still struggling to accept his second marriage and now preparations for their wedding night. Sakshi speaks up about what could have happened if something had gone wrong with Baldev. Feeling guilty, Krish takes full responsibility and admits it was his mistake. Bindiya assures everyone that they will take great care of Babu ji as advised by the doctor and do everything in their power to ensure he makes a speedy recovery. Overcome with emotion, Indu reveals that she has been fasting for Teej for her dear father’s well-being.
Krish attempts to calm Indu, while Payal ponders why the old man suffered a heart attack at this particular moment, instead of after her wedding night. A nurse interrupts their thoughts by informing them that the patient, Bindiya, is being called for by Baldev. As she approaches him, Baldev throws his medication and shares a smile with Bindiya. This reminds them of a previous conversation where Bindiya expressed her belief that even the toughest battles, like the Mahabharat, can be won if a father becomes one’s friend and supporter. Baldev promises to do anything for Bindiya’s happiness and eagerly asks for her plan. She shares it with him and he approves, promising to put it into action. Bindiya expresses her sadness in seeing Baldev in his current state, but he assures her that it is only temporary and he just needs to maintain an act for a few days. He seeks her approval on his performance thus far and she compliments him as if he were a superstar. Baldev then questions whether she can outsmart Krishna ji, to which she responds by stating that she doesn’t wish to defeat him, but rather win him over with Baldev’s support. To this,
The nurse updates the group that others are allowed to see the patient as well. Excitedly, everyone rushes to his room. Upon seeing him, Indu breaks into tears. Krish checks in with Baldev, asking if he is feeling better and if there’s anything he needs. Baldev responds nonchalantly, stating that he doesn’t require anything and that they should focus on his well-being. Vikram expresses his concern, mentioning how their household will be impacted if anything happens to Baldev. Sakshi reassures him that they will ensure he receives the best treatment possible and suggests seeking a second opinion. However, Baldev becomes anxious and insists on being treated only by Dr. Saxena, also stating his desire to go home immediately.
He asks Indu and the others to rest. Baldev tells Indu, “You are also tired, Indu,” and asks her to trust him. He asks her to leave Bindiya and says he knows she will take good care of her. Indu asks if you don’t trust me? He says not more than Bindiya. Krish asks Indu to do as Papa says, and takes her out. Payal smiles at Indu.
Krish explains to Indu that Papa has already taken care of everything and is solely focused on Bindiya. He assures her that he will make his condition improve and advises her to get some rest. Sakshi escorts Indu away from the scene. Payal approaches Krish and puts on a show, claiming she will accompany him as she feels responsible for Uncle’s well-being. She pretends to cry and expresses her willingness to accept any consequences, even leaving the house. However, Krish dismisses her thoughts and urges her to join him at the moment. Just as they are about to head towards their destination, they spot Bindiya carrying a tray of food.
Bindiya reminds Krish that Doctor asked them to keep Babu Ji away from stress and that if he sees Pallu, then he will be stressed. Krish asks her not to teach him. Bindiya says your wish. Krish tells Payal that Papa’s condition is weak, which is why she shouldn’t approach Papa. Payal says her only concern is him.
