Suhaagan 12th August 2024 Written Episode begins with Vedant asking Koel if she is fine and offering to bring her water. Swara steps in and says Koel looks unwell, then asks Rudra if she can take her to the room. Rudra agrees. As Swara leads her away, Prabha watches secretly. Inside the room, Koel warns Swara that she is a sharp player who can outsmart her with one move. Swara calmly replies that she is learning from Koel herself and reminds her that Prabha has already regained her sindoor and will soon reclaim all her rights. Koel laughs off Swara’s confidence and vows to cut her wings. Swara challenges her and leaves.
Meanwhile, Amma organises a diya-making activity for the family. She asks Vedant to help Swara, saying that when a husband and wife prepare for Teej puja together, their bond becomes unbreakable. Though reluctant, Vedant sits beside Swara. She explains how to mould the diya, accidentally smearing clay on her face. Vedant smiles and wipes it away, while Koel fumes and vows to create trouble. After making the diyas, Amma asks Swara to speak about the significance of Teej. Swara explains that the fast strengthens the bond between husband and wife.
Vedant then receives a call and says he must leave for a site issue. Swara pleads with him not to go as it is Teej, but he insists. Koel smirks and encourages Swara to let him go, saying Teej is for women to observe, not men. As Vedant leaves, Koel mocks Swara, warning that the car brakes are faulty and in an hour she will become a widow. Panicked, Swara demands the driver’s keys and rushes after Vedant. Koel tells Dhwani that their plan is complete and Swara’s game is over.
While driving, Swara tries calling Vedant but he does not answer. Suddenly, she realises her brakes have failed. At that moment, Koel calls her to reveal that the trap was for her, not Vedant. She cruelly tells Swara that her end is near and prays for her soul’s peace. Dhwani happily declares Swara’s chapter closed and brings food. Just as they are about to eat, Indu walks in, smelling food. They quickly hide the tray. Indu suspects them but gets distracted when Naina calls her for help with Gauri puja, leaving Koel and Dhwani relieved.
On the other side, Vedant stops at a roadside flower seller. The girl requests him to buy gajra for his wife. Vedant refuses but then makes a deal to buy her flowers daily if she promises to attend school. While talking, he spots Swara’s car speeding recklessly. Alarmed, he calls her, and she admits her brakes have failed. Shocked, Vedant quickly gets into his car and chases after her, determined to save her.
Precap: Vedant tries to save Swara as her car spirals out of control. Rudra receives a call about a car blast involving Swara and Vedant. Koel pretends to be shocked, while Shlok insists they should go and check. Suddenly, they spot someone and stop.
