The Episode begins with Krish escorting Bindiya out of the house and placing her in the car trunk. His plan is to hand her over to the Police at the station. However, upon opening the trunk, he discovers Gauri, who immediately cries for help. Krish covers her mouth and questions why she’s there. Gauri pleads for him to take her back home, or else she will raise an alarm.
As Bindiya watches Sakshi and Payal argue and point fingers at each other for betrayal, she overhears Sakshi issuing threats to expose Payal’s deceitful kidney transplant. Later, when Krish arrives home, he notices Bindiya venting out her frustration by punching the bag. She reminds him that he had only focused on building her physical strength but neglected her mental toughness. In response, Krish tells her to be quiet. But Bindiya confidently declares that she will emerge victorious in the end.
Apologizing to Baldev, Bindiya insists on staying until the actual wrongdoer is brought to justice. However, Baldev accuses her of being the true culprit and urges her to take responsibility. Bindiya stands firm, determined to one day reveal the truth and expose the dangerous nature of Krish, Sakshi, and Payal.
Payal informs Baldev that Krish is not present at their residence and has left his mobile phone behind. This causes Indu to become anxious and wonder about Krish’s whereabouts. Eventually, Krish regains consciousness in the hospital and notices Bindiya by his side. He questions her about their location and asks why she brought him to the hospital. Bindiya responds by stating that she learned this trait from him. The doctor then reveals that after examining all of Krish’s medical reports, it has been confirmed that both of his kidneys are functioning correctly and he did not have to undergo a kidney transplant as previously believed. Additionally, the marks on his body are only superficial.
Krish accuses Bindiya of bribing the doctor to deceive him. The doctor, who claims to be reputable, questions Krish’s accusation and presents the report for him to review. Krish asks if this is the truth, to which the doctor confirms. In disbelief, Bindiya questions if this shocking revelation was a plan orchestrated by Payal, Sakshi, and the doctor. Fuming with anger, Krish returns home and calls out for Payal. He demands an explanation for her betrayal and declares that he did not undergo any kidney transplant as both his kidneys are healthy. Sakshi warns him of dire consequences while Indu asks if everything, including the operation and doctor, were all lies. Krish affirms that his kidneys never failed to require a transplant from someone else.
Gauri accuses Payal of betrayal. Krish presses Payal for an explanation regarding her actions. Payal admits to fabricating a phony surgery to get closer to Krish and confesses to lying. She then confronts Bindiya and asks if she wants the truth she has revealed. She urges Bindiya to stop causing turmoil in her life. Bindiya retorts that it is Payal’s responsibility to cause chaos in others’ lives. Payal asserts that Bindiya is the mastermind behind this despicable scheme. She questions how she could intentionally harm someone she loves dearly. She explained to Baldev that she had followed the doctor’s instructions, as everyone had witnessed. Finally, she warns Krish that Bindiya is skilled at creating fake medical reports and false claims of memory loss.
Bindiya inquires whether you have always been frugal since childhood or if it developed later on. She believes that honesty does not require any evidence. Amma confirms to Baldev that Bindiya appears to be truthful. Baldev also feels inclined to trust her. Indu questions if it is foolish to have faith in her. Payal expresses her confusion about how everyone is doubting her based on Bindiya’s words. She asks Krish, who deeply loves him and cannot bear to see him hurt, how he can also doubt her. Krish then departs from the scene.
Payal persuades Amma and Baldev to trust her. As Amma leaves, she stumbles, but Bindiya quickly catches her and warns her to be careful. She adds that had Amma fallen, it would have been an excuse for her not to work. Amma glances at Bindiya before walking away. Krish enters the kitchen, feeling unsure of whom to trust. He decides first to eat his food and takes a bite. Just then, Bindiya appears and attempts to grab the plate from his hand. They lock eyes with each other.

Sakshi and Payal attempt to bury Bindiya alive, but she manages to survive and return home. She confidently declares, “I have evidence, and I know who is responsible for this scheme.” Catching Krishna in the act, Bindiya asks him if he is the mastermind behind it all.
