Suhaagan 17th July 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Koel and Dhwani turning back after placing the poisoned glass. Dhwani is startled to see an old lady watching them. Koel dismisses her fears, saying the woman can do nothing and that her secrets will remain buried. She even demonstrates by trying to move her, but the woman does not react. Dhwani sarcastically calls her another “silencer” like Swara and asks who translates for her. Koel avoids the question, insisting that Swara will die before reaching there. When Dhwani presses her about the motive, Koel tells her not to interfere but promises to make her the daughter-in-law if she cooperates. Dhwani demands more money, while Dadi silently notices the poisoned glass.

At the same time, Prabha arrives at the marriage venue, feeling emotional about her son’s wedding. Vedant gets ready, while Abhi warns him that if he still holds feelings for Dhwani, he cannot be fair to Swara. Vedant replies that he will never wrong Swara, and that whatever he feels for Dhwani has now turned into hatred.

Vedant comes and sits in the mandap. Swara is brought by Baldev, Nidhi, and Pankaj, while Naina’s family brings Naina. Both couples sit for their wedding rituals. The pandit asks them to exchange garlands. Swara makes Vedant wear the garland, and he hesitantly reciprocates. Prabha blesses the moment, while Koel pretends to be supportive, talking about the absent family members. Prabha, however, silently prays to protect her children from Koel’s evil plans.

As the ceremony continues, Dhwani informs Koel that the havan fire has been lit. Vedant and Swara begin to feel uneasy and suffocated. Manju notices and asks what is wrong. Vedant says he feels suffocated. Rudra calls for water, but Vedant insists on drinking juice. As he tries to take his own glass, it falls. Swara, unaware of the poison, picks up the other glass and offers it to him. Vedant drinks it, leaving Koel and Dhwani in shock. Koel attempts to intervene, but Dhwani stops her, afraid of exposure.

The pandit then asks the couples to begin the wedding rounds. Vedant and Swara, along with Shlok and Naina, start taking pheras. Suddenly, Vedant collapses, foaming at the mouth. Everyone panics. Manju immediately blames Swara, accusing her of trying to murder Vedant since she handed him the juice. Shlok and Baldev defend Swara, insisting she would never do such a thing. Prabha rushes to get help, while Dhwani warns Koel not to say anything that could expose them.

Swara, desperate to save Vedant, brings salt water and tries to make him drink it. Manju stops her, but Rudra intervenes and asks her to go ahead. Vedant drinks the salt water and vomits, slowly regaining consciousness. Swara signals Shlok, who interprets her signs and says that they need to keep Vedant awake. Just then, the police arrive. They announce they received a complaint from Manju about an attempted murder during the wedding. Manju confirms that she was the one who called the police.
