The episode opens with Pankaj confiding in Bindiya about his frustrations, stating that Nidhi has not only taken away his role as a husband but is now trying to take away his rights as a father. Bindiya is taken aback and tries to console him, acknowledging that he has only found out the truth through Chatti Maiyya’s guidance. She assures him that their baby will be safe, and he vows to protect their child at all costs. Later, Sakshi compliments Bindiya’s appearance, causing Indu to give her a task with strict instructions not to speak. Krish then brings bananas, and Bindiya offers to help, but Krish reminds her of her pregnancy, prompting her to share the load with him.
Phoolmati informs that Payal is absent and mentions her inability to participate in religious tasks. Bindiya expresses her support through prayers for Krish and his family, deeming it sufficient. Krish arrives at the location. Payal adorns herself with a necklace and earrings, anticipating a future filled with diamonds and jewellery. She playfully states that her fake pregnancy has resulted in her mother-in-law lavishing her with expensive adornments, jokingly wishing she could prolong the act for nine years instead of just nine months to acquire wealth. As Krish enters the room, he questions Payal’s actions, to which she responds by declaring herself as the daughter-in-law and future mother of the heir. Krish agrees and smiles.
As Indu asks Nidhi to prepare for puja, Nidhi refuses and says she will not go for Bindiya. She says she will remain at home. Pankaj says I’ll stay here as well. Nidhi asks him to go. They all come to the river for the puja. Payal receives a phone call and attends it. Nidhi leaves, and Pankaj follows, stating that he will not let her abort his child. Payal ends the call and sees the kids playing with crackers. She intends to harm Bindiya.
Krish informs Baldev that he is experiencing this view for the first time. Baldev attributes this to Bindiya’s influence, stating that his mother had always strictly observed this fast and believed it would fulfil all wishes. Meanwhile, Nidhi arrives at the hospital and mistakes Pankaj for Krish. She then instructs her driver to deceive him. However, Pankaj soon notices the taxi speeding away. At the same time, Payal lights a cracker wire, but Krish intervenes by placing his foot on it, resulting in a minor injury. Bindiya touches his injured foot and asks if he is alright. Krish reminds her not to touch him as she is currently fasting. Unbeknownst to them, Payal devises another plan.
Master Ji almost drops the puja items while giving them to Bindiya, but Krish quickly catches him and takes them from his hands. Dadi assumes that Bindiya’s fast is complete since Krish gave her the items. Meanwhile, Pankaj wonders where Nidhi could be, realising she is in the hospital. The doctor advises Nidhi to carefully consider her decision as she may not be able to conceive again after the abortion. Nidhi firmly states that she does not want to have children and consents to the procedure. The doctor instructs another colleague to monitor her for 12 hours and perform the abortion only if all test results are normal.
Krishna asks Payal why she is standing alone. He asks her to attend the puja for the baby’s protection. Payal says that she has many desires and wants to fulfil them, but she doesn’t want to diminish the importance of her child by following Bindiya. Indu appreciates Payal and asks her to light 108 diyas so the baby will spread light and happiness in the Shukla family. Payal becomes tense after lighting the diya.
Bindiya performs a chatt pooja ritual. Payal intentionally injures Bindiya to reveal that Bindiya’s pregnancy is a lie. Krishna steps in to take care of Bindiya.
