The scene opens with Birju catching a glimpse of Bindiya approaching with food. His face lights up with delight. Bindiya explains that she needs to bring food for her family, as she wouldn’t want them to be blamed if he were to succumb to starvation. Birju requests for her to feed him, and she obliges. As he eats, he shares his aspirations and desires. Suddenly, he experiences sharp pains in his stomach and rushes to the bathroom. Moments later, he emerges.
Bindiya serves him another meal and inquires why he needs to use the restroom. Upon seeing Birju, Krish interrupts and urges him to have the food Bindiya prepared specifically for him. However, Birju insists he must use the bathroom first. Krish takes hold of him, and they both run off, leaving Bindiya and Krish laughing. Krish remarks that Bindiya has returned.
In Payal’s room, Indu and Sakshi are joined by Gunwanti, who has come to discuss something related to Krish and Bablu’s message. Indu assures her she has not been affected by the mad dog as mentioned in their conversation. While they continue talking, Payal notices a housefly bothering her and swiftly catches it before they leave the room.
Krish searches for the key under the sofa, struggling to retrieve it. Seeing his efforts, Babli steps in and lifts the heavy piece of furniture. Krish expresses gratitude as he finds the key while Babli’s face lights up joyfully.
The next day, Babli enters Krish’s room and expresses her desire to feed him just like Bindiya did for her brother. Referring to Bindiya as her sister-in-law, she then requests his protein shake. Krish confirms that she does trouble him, and Babli leaves. Shortly after, Bindiya asks Krish if she also causes any inconvenience, to which he hugs her in response. This angers Babli, who starts yelling for their mother.
Bindiya was helping Payal by combing her hair. Payal became annoyed as her hair kept falling out, and she came up with a plan to wake up from her coma. Suddenly, Babli attacked Bindiya, causing Payal to grab a rod and pretend to have woken up from her coma. She apologizes to everyone and attempts to get out of bed but falls. It is then revealed that her leg is paralyzed due to nerve damage, which the doctor explains. Meanwhile, Bindiya goes to Krish. This angers Babli, who challenges Bindiya to a wrestling match and says she will leave if she loses.
