The Episode starts with Krish coming to the hospital. The Doctor who helped Payal with the fake pregnancy sees him and recalls that Payal asked her to record the phony accident and said that it was the ideal angle to watch the CCTV camera. If anyone doubts her, she threatens to make this video viral. She asks her to hit her, and then she presses the blood pouch to release it. A doctor warns that it may be risky.
Payal says she plays dangerously a lot. She signs her and asks her to hit her. As she walks, the doctor drives but stops. Payal scolds her and says I have to hit her with the car. The doctor tries to hit her again but stops. Payal scolds her and asks if she got the fake degree with merit. The doctor says she got it with merit.
