The episode begins with Babli daring Bindiya to a wrestling match, stipulating that Krish will belong to her if she wins. However, if Bindiya emerges victorious, Babli will leave. Indu interjects and reminds them they are in a house, not a wrestling ring. Undeterred, Babli proclaims her desire to test Bindiya’s courage. Krish insists that Bindiya would never agree to such a thing. Payal chimes in, urging Bindiya to prove her love for Krish by accepting the challenge. Despite Krish’s objections, Babli continues to provoke Bindiya and references the mythological character Savitri, who fought for her husband Satyavaan. Eventually, Bindiya bravely accepts Babli’s challenge.
Payal believes Bindiya’s bones may be broken, which is pleasing. Krish checks in on Bindiya and asks if she is feeling alright. Bindiya reassures him she also possesses strength, having worked on a farm before. Krish proudly mentions that Babli is a skilled wrestler who can easily lift our heavy sofa. Amma and Baldev urge her to decline the challenge. Indu remarks that Bindiya is like a delicate rose, while Babli resembles a tough acacia tree. They all encourage her to say no, but Bindiya stands her ground and refuses to back down.
Payal strikes her leg and then pinches it with a pin. Panicked, she voices her concern about the lack of sensation and vows revenge against Bindiya, bursting into tears. She summons Gunwanti to her room. Meanwhile, Bindiya is engrossed in watching a wrestling match on her phone. Krish interjects, questioning her belief that she can learn wrestling overnight. Unfazed, Bindiya insists she’ll get the hang of it. Krish advises her to decline and turn down the offer instead.
Bindiya is determined to continue and declares that this is a battle for my suhaag, and I am willing to fight anyone for you. However, Krish reminds her that she cannot defeat her opponent. Bindiya points out that Babli may have power, but she lacks the power of suhaag, which I possess. Krish reassures her by saying that we will be united for seven lifetimes. On the other hand, Payal fumes with anger as she vows to take everything away from Bindiya. She dramatically falls off the bed and proclaims herself as Payal, who will destroy Bindiya’s life and reduce her to the level of an insect.
Gunwanti enters the room and helps Payal onto the bed. Concerned, she inquires about the cause of her fall. In response, Payal urges her to harm Bindiya in some way. Gunwanti is taken aback and surprised by this request as Birju deeply cares for Bindiya. However, Payal reminds her that love can exist with anyone, and sadly, she will never get her leg back. She implores Gunwanti to ask Babli to injure Bindiya during their wrestling match. Feeling conflicted, Gunwanti hesitates but Payal finally locates a box of bangles and asks if she’s willing to commit this wrongdoing. With a heavy heart, Gunwanti agrees. Payal declares that although Babli and Bindiya will fight, she will surely emerge victorious.
The following day, Bindiya offers a prayer to God, confidently declaring her victory as a suhaagan. Krish then applies a tilak on her forehead and praises her unwavering honesty and determination. He urges them to begin their practice, handing Bindiya some dumbbells. Meanwhile, Payal smirked while Babli worked with heavier weights. Sakshi notices Babli’s progress and points it out to Indu, leaving her astonished. Krish focuses on more straightforward exercises for Bindiya during their session.
Babli takes down a plateful of bananas, while Bindiya only has one. Amma encourages Bindiya to eat more, but she declines. Indu remarks that this little one won’t eat much, but Babli consumed 10 bananas and a bowl of almonds. She adds that Bindiya isn’t capable of the same. Krish disagrees and believes that Bindiya can do it. While Babli drinks milk from a glass, Bindiya uses an enormous milk can. To top it off, Babli also eats watermelon. Payal glares at Bindiya resentfully and thinks she’s no match for this dinosaur.
