The episode opens with Payal informing Bindiya that her main goal is not to win over Indu, but to remove Bindiya from the house so she can begin a new life with Krish. She proceeds to pack Bindiya’s clothes in a suitcase, prompting Bindiya to question her actions. Payal responds by stating that just as Bindiya lost the game in the office, her clothes will be packed and she will be forced to leave once the suitcase is full. However, Bindiya reminds Payal of her own cunning tactics and claims that she will explain them to her while pointing at Payal’s clothes in the suitcase. She also points out that she was the first one to successfully play this game and shows off a chain as proof. She confidently declares that she will also be the one to end it.
Krish is pleased that Mrs. and Mr. Batra will be joining them for dinner at their home. He informs Indu that they are interested in the product, which is why they have requested to meet here for dinner. Payal suggests ordering Thai food from a top-rated restaurant. Krish grins in agreement. Bindiya notes that if they had wanted to dine out, they would have scheduled the meeting at a restaurant. She proceeds to serve tea to everyone but Krish politely declines, saying he prefers not to take anything from her hands.
She says she will make yummy food, and Krish says they have wonderful chefs in their house. Payal says they have to take care of something else as well, so either of us will need to be inside, and Bindiya won’t agree, so I will stay in the room. Krish says you are my wife and will be with him and Bindiya will be inside the room. Indu tells Payal that she is educated and has helped Krish as well, and asks Payal to join Krish and asks Bindiya to stay inside.
As Mrs. and Mr. Batra arrive, they are warmly welcomed by Krish and his family. Mrs. Batra inquires about Sakshi’s well-being, responding positively and returning the question. Both women confirm that they are doing well. As Krish is about to introduce Payal as his wife, Batra asks about Baldev’s whereabouts. Payal explains that he had to travel to Indore for a meeting with financers. Batra questions Indu on why she allowed him to go despite him not feeling well, but Payal clarifies that it was an urgent matter that required his presence. The servant is then asked to serve the starters before dinner, which prompts them all to move towards the dining table. Meanwhile, Bindiya is alone in her room shedding tears.
Dadi contacts Bindiya, who expresses feeling lost on a road without a destination. Dadi encourages her to stay strong, stating that she holds the power to change things. In the background, Servants can be heard urgently requesting blankets. Bindiya inquires about the commotion and learns that Batra Saheb has fainted. Krish asks Mrs. Batra about her husband’s health, to which she reveals he has diabetes. Indu urges Vikram to call a doctor while Bindiya watches from a distance, feeling unable to approach the situation. A bystander suggests taking action as Mr. Batra is still breathing, with Krish trying to revive him and others worriedly looking on. Bindiya acknowledges that nothing is more important than saving someone’s life.
Sakshi has possibly slipped into a coma, according to him. Mrs. Batra assures everyone that he will be okay. Bindiya quickly prepares some lemon water with added sugar in the kitchen. In the meantime, Mrs. Batra wonders when the doctor will arrive. Just then, Bindiya enters with a glass of the lemon water in hand. As she offers it to Mrs. Batra, she inquires about the doctor’s whereabouts and what is being given to Sakshi to drink. Bindiya explains that it is meant to help with his sugar levels as he has a problem with it. She then insists on giving it to Sakshi herself. As luck would have it, the doctor arrives at that moment and proceeds to examine Sakshi’s condition. Vikram chimes in saying that things aren’t looking good and they should take him to a hospital immediately. Krish comes forward and offers a chair for the doctor while Mrs. Batra expresses her concern over Sakshi’s diabetes. The doctor promptly takes out his glucometer from his assistant’s bag to check his sugar levels.
According to Payal, Krish’s condition might deteriorate due to Bindiya’s baseless treatment. When he checks the blood sugar, it is 102. Payal says he was given sugar water. The doctor asks who gave her sugar water. Everyone looks at Bindiya. She says she gave it to him. The doctor says your presence of mind is good, his sugar level dropped, and you made him drink sugar water, which has brought it back to normal. She is thanked by Mrs. Batra. Doctor asks her to thank Bindiya.
Indiya says same thing happened with her Dadi, so she did the same remedy. She says I know that desi treatments work sometimes. Mr. Batra gets up. His wife asks if you’re fine? Indu asks Batra if she’s Krish’s wife and says that Baldev ji had told him. He says Baldev ji also invited me to the wedding, and Sakshi replies “bindiya.”
