Suhaagan 8th September 2023 Written Episode Update on worldofentertainment.in
The Episode begins with Bindiya acknowledging the ultimate truth that she is his suhaagan. She reminds him of their seven rounds together, taken with pure hearts and full observance of rituals. In addition to this, she points out that he has also united with her through the ghatbandhan and has promised to stay by her side for seven lifetimes. She recalls how he lovingly adorned her with sindoor in front of God and placed the mangalsutra around her neck. For Bindiya, sindoor represents more than just a red color, it symbolizes a married life while the mangalsutra signifies a husband’s love and protection. The seven rounds they took were not mere words but hold deep meaning of devotion and trust which will keep their relationship strong forever. So, it only makes sense for her to honor their vows, rituals, devotion, and trust.
She explains how she plans to disregard the blessings and trust of her elders, stating that as the bahu and wife of this household, she will not leave. Krish, Indu, Sakshi and Payal are taken aback by her words. Baldev and Dadi are pleased with her decision. Bindiya mentions that Dadi had informed her about the tradition of a woman leaving for her sasural on a Doli and departing on an Arthi, therefore it would be wrong for her to break this custom. Sakshi expresses disbelief at Bindiya’s sudden change in attitude. Dadi tells Phoolmati that they can leave now as Bindiya is capable of handling things independently. Phoolmati agrees and they depart. Baldev, Indu and the others also leave. Krish shares a look with Payal who once again creates a scene and runs out of the house.
Bindiya gazes at the sindoor adorning her forehead in her room. Her mind wanders to the moment when Ambe Maa had lovingly wiped away the blood from her hairline and offered solace, reminding her that she is not alone in her struggles. The deity then questioned if Bindiya was troubled by the thought that her husband’s heart belonged to someone else, not her. With a gentle smile, Ambe Maa revealed that Bindiya’s husband was none other than Krishna himself. Surprised, Bindiya wanted to know how that could be possible. Ambe Maa replied that she had overheard Bindiya’s conversation with Maa and knew of their bond. She also mentioned how Krishna was known to guide many but had strayed from the right path, which she vowed to correct for his own good. Bindiya then confessed of Krishna’s love for her sister Payal instead of herself.
According to Ambe Maa, a lover has no place in a married life as the wife holds the highest position. Bindiya has made up her mind to leave this forced relationship. However, Ambe Maa believes that this marriage is ordained by God and questions how one can simply walk away from their husband. She shares the story of Savitri, who bravely saved her husband from Yamraj, as an example. Emphasizing on the importance of marriage, she warns Bindiya about potential challenges and reminds her of the sacred vows taken during the seven rounds. She also mentions how Savitri risked her own life to win back her husband’s love. She urges Bindiya to reflect upon why God chose for her to marry Krishna and assures that this will bring clarity to all her doubts. Ultimately, she leaves the decision in Bindiya’s hands. The flashback comes to an end and Bindiya places a holy cloth on her head.
Baldev prays to Ambe Maa, acknowledging her bestowed strength for Bindiya’s fight and safe return home. He humbly requests her continued blessings upon Bindiya. Meanwhile, Payal overhears their conversation and mutters in frustration, “Suhaagan my foot!” She then wonders out loud why Bindiya won’t just leave her life. Seeing Krish approaching, she quickly puts on a show. Holding up a broken bottle to her forehead, she startles Krish who immediately asks what happened. In an attempt to appear selfless, Payal claims she’s willing to make a sacrifice for Bindiya as well. She reminds Krish that he himself has made Bindiya his wife and declares that he is hers alone. Determined to end the confusion once and for all, Krish confronts Payal with Bindiya in tow. He scolds her for selfishly trying to steal away her sister’s happiness despite the sacrifice she made for their family. With authority, he tells Payal that the room belongs to him and she should leave at once.
Bindiya reminds Krishna that this room is also her own, as they are married and he brought her here. However, she does not ask him to leave. She offers him the option of staying if he wishes. Krish becomes frustrated and orders her to leave immediately, wondering why she isn’t listening to him. He raises his voice, questioning if she has become deaf, blind, and ignorant. Bindiya stands up and approaches Payal, noticing her injury. Concerned, she reaches out to touch it and asks how it happened. Bindiya then suggests Payal sit down so she can bandage it. However, she clarifies that the bed is off-limits, as it belongs to her.
