The episode begins with Bindiya informing Baldev that her sister, Nidhi, will come and rescue her. She proceeds to call Nidhi, who Bindiya’s mother-in-law then welcomes. Nidhi offers to make tea for Pankaj and is encouraged by her father-in-law to use his provident fund to purchase a bigger house. He expresses they are fortunate to have a daughter from a wealthy family living in such humble conditions. Pankaj assures them he will acquire a larger home. While presenting tea to Pankaj, Nidhi admits she had misjudged everyone and recognizes their genuine kindness.
The corrupt doctor tells them that Payal has lost the baby. Krish and Indu cry. Krish meets Payal and sees her acting like she is handling the baby and asking him not to make a sound. He asks Payal if she will not talk to him. It appears she is shocked when she says let me handle my baby. Payal says he is our baby; he is mischievous, and she asks him to take the baby in his arms. Krish says he is just a pillow.
The pillow is thrown down. Payal says you have made my baby fall. Krish asks her to come to her senses and says, “We’ve lost our baby; you’ve miscarried.” Payal cries and acts. Krish stands shocked. Payal shouts. Krish leaves. Payal smirks and smiles. The doctor smiles. The more mother and son cry, the stronger my place in the Shukla family will be. She kisses the pillow and begins singing.
As soon as he recalls Payal’s words, he tears up. Seeing someone’s baby, he breaks down and cries. As he wipes his tears, Bindiya tells Baldev that Nidhi didi and Jija ji are not answering the phone. She says we’ll go there. The lady Inspector arrives and says Bindiya Shukla has been arrested. He asks what she did.
Baldev says my bahu is innocent because she made Payal Shukla fall down the stairs, and that’s why she miscarried. The inspector says his wife, sons and daughter-in-law are witnesses. Baldev says he won’t let them take Bindiya. They arrest her. Baldev says I’ll come behind you and be with you.
A call from the interior decorator reaches Indu. Sakshi picks up and says we do not want a cot. She consoles Indu by lying about Vikram and I discussing the baby’s name and fighting over it daily. Indu tells Krish this all happened because Bindiya, who is not a woman but a Dayan, is responsible. Krish tries to pacify Krish. She asks Krish to get her rigorous punishment so that she gets rotten in jail for the rest of her life.
Indiya is locked up. She tells the Inspector that she did not push Pallu and tears. The inspector comes to Krish and says they came to take Payal’s statement. Krish says Payal’s health is weak, so she cannot provide the statement. When she comes out, Payal holds a glucose drip stand and says she will give the statement. Everyone sees her coming out holding it.
The inspector asks Payal if she miscarried because she fell from the stairs. Baldev comes to Bindiya and says his lawyer will bail her out. Payal cries out and acts. She shows the video in which Payal says that she must lose her baby because of her sister. The inspector says it isn’t needed now.
As a result of personal problems they have been experiencing for a few days, Krish, Indu, and others get shocked when she falls from the stairs, slips, and suffers an accident. The inspector asks him not to say. She says, according to the family, you were pushed down. Payal says they might have thought, but I had an accident.
