The episode begins with Bindiya guiding Payal to sit on the sofa instead of the bed. As she tends to Payal’s injury, Bindiya questions her decision and the pain it has caused for all involved. In response, Payal explains her sacrifice for Bindiya and herself. However, Bindiya points out that Krishna ji and she have truly sacrificed in this situation. She expresses her deep love for Payal and declares that she would have given up 100 Krishnas for her if asked during their marriage. Nevertheless, Bindiya makes it clear that while she can give up anything for her suhaag, she cannot give up her suhaagan position. Both Krish and Payal are forced into a marriage without true suhaag status between them.
Bindiya confronts Krish about his sudden change of heart, saying that he had initially agreed to marry her. She questions why he never disclosed his feelings for Payal, when they were still strangers and it could have saved her from the pain she is feeling now. Bindiya adds that Payal sacrificed a lot for her, but Krish was not anyone special for him to make such a sacrifice. She accuses him of pretending to love her by taking her out, hanging photos of her, singing songs and standing up for her, only to realize now that he didn’t truly love her then or now. Bindiya feels cheated and wonders why Krish couldn’t have been honest from the beginning instead of leading her on with false promises. Krish responds with a simple word: cheating.
Bindiya inquires why you remained quiet until yesterday, and suggests that if you were silent until yesterday, then you will continue to be silent today as well. She mentions that she is adorned with the mangalsutra and sindoor bearing your name, which no one can take away. Krish expresses his frustration with the situation and points out that court papers ultimately break relationships. He states that a one-sided relationship holds no significance or purpose. He declares that he has already applied vermillion on Payal’s forehead, making her his married wife. He asserts that although you may have taken over my room, you cannot control my heart or me. I love Payal and have officially made her my wife by filling her hair parting with sindoor from the bottom of my heart.
Sakshi rushes to Baldev and Indu’s room, informing them that Krish has taken Payal to the guest room and locked the door from inside. She reveals that Krish may want to celebrate his wedding night with her. Baldev, frustrated by this news, points out how Bindiya was properly married to him, yet Krish is seeking intimacy with another woman. Despite Indu’s efforts to intervene, Baldev insists on handling the situation himself. Meanwhile, Krish struggles to light a match while Payal devises a plan to attract him and ignite romance between them. In an attempt to do so, she pretends to be in pain and it immediately captures Krish’s attention.
She changes into a saree and arrives at the in-house temple. Baldev sees her holding the aarti plate. He says you’re ready as a bride, and asks if anything special is happening. Bindiya tears up as she tells him that Teej’s midnight puja will take place. Someone said it right, that Ganga won’t leave his purity even if dirty water is thrown on it. You are doing this for your husband, but he won’t ruin yours.
He expresses his shame in admitting that Payal is with him. Bindiya confirms her familiarity with Babu ji, to which he questions her decision to continue performing prayers for him. She clarifies that although she is not receiving her rightful treatment, her role as a devoted wife is to protect her husband from malevolent intentions. Baldev acknowledges the difficulty of this path and worries for her well-being. However, Bindiya assures him that she is accustomed to facing challenges and will persevere until she achieves her goal. She believes that if a father becomes genuine, his daughter will never suffer. Meanwhile, Krish tends to Payal’s injury caused by the blow from their confrontation. Despite feeling physical pain, Payal reveals that it pales in comparison to the emotional hurt she has experienced. Krish comforts her by assuring that everything will eventually be resolved. Payal admits that she always wanted Bindiya’s happiness but now finds herself as Bindiya’s rival for their shared husband’s affections.
After lighting the diya and folding her hands in prayer, Bindiya turns to Payal who is still performing her role. Meanwhile, Krish reminds Payal that he has officially declared them husband and wife by filling her maang. Despite this, Payal affirms that Bindiya was right in calling Krish her suhaag. This answer clearly upsets Krish as he believed Payal to be more than just his wife. As she approaches him with a smile, Payal takes on a more sincere tone and confesses her feelings of guilt. Holding Krish’s face in her hands, he questions what she could possibly feel guilty about – whether it is for loving him or sacrificing for Bindiya’s sake. He encourages her to fight for what she deserves and their love. In response, Payal declares that she would go against anyone, even God, for Krish’s sake. Moved by her words, Krish embraces Payal and they share a tender moment together.
