Suman Indori 15th January 2025 Written Episode begins with Suman feeling utterly helpless as no one comes forward to help her take Teerth to the hospital. Amidst the chaos, a crooked man tries to attack Bhoomi while she is standing aside. Akhil rushes in at the right time, shielding her from danger and saving her once again.
On stage, Teerth, gravely injured, rests his head on Suman’s lap and pleads for his life. She desperately tries to keep him conscious, but the severity of his wound makes it nearly impossible for him to stay strong.
Meanwhile, Gulshan realizes the consequences of his actions and flees the scene in fear. Watching the news on television, Devika is horrified by Gulshan’s blunder and worries about being exposed. Soon, the entire family learns about the shocking attack, leaving everyone devastated. If anyone suspects Devika’s involvement, she knows she will be thrown out of the family. Gitanjali Devi breaks down completely after seeing the news and insists on meeting her son immediately.
Suman struggles to find help and finally manages to get hold of a bike to rush Teerth toward the hospital. However, some hired goons try to block her path and attack them to stop Teerth from receiving treatment.
Back at home, Devika pretends to be ignorant about the incident while trying to control her mother-in-law’s emotional breakdown. Elsewhere, Hema and Malini also hear about the accident and are left stunned. When Hema insists on visiting the hospital, Malini advises patience and tells her to pray instead. Following Malini’s words, Hema lights a lamp in front of the temple, praying for Teerth’s safety.
Meanwhile, Bhoomi searches for her sister but cannot find her. She and Akhil also face threats from goons while trying to remain hidden. Bhoomi, overwhelmed, realizes how much Akhil has done to protect her and begins to feel emotionally dependent on him.
On the other side, Suman manages to take Teerth into a storeroom and discovers a first-aid box. With no doctors around, she makes the brave decision to remove the bullet herself. Though her hands tremble, she reassures Teerth and begins the procedure. Trusting her completely, Teerth asks her to go ahead. With courage and determination, Suman slowly extracts the bullet from his chest. Teerth screams in pain but endures it, holding his breath as Malini had advised earlier. After carefully stitching the wound, Suman manages to stabilize him.
Exhausted yet relieved, Teerth tells Suman that he has something important to say to her.
