The episode begins with Vikram threatening Reva, warning her to stay silent about the truth. He knows that if she reveals anything to Suman, his deception will be exposed. Meanwhile, Suman manages to wake Teerth, who reacts with bitterness and pain. The memories of their broken past flood back as he recalls how she once left him. Suman tries to care for his wounds, but Teerth rejects her help, accusing her of trying to abort their child in the past. Suman defends herself, reminding him that it was he who walked away from her when she was pregnant and helpless.
Elsewhere, Devika confronts Geetanjali and Akhil in a fury, questioning how they could allow Reva and Teerth to accompany Suman. Terrified for her own child’s safety, Devika presents fake documents claiming that Vikram is Rishi’s biological father and Suman’s legal husband. Although she knows the documents are forged, she uses them to manipulate the family and turn them against Suman. Unaware of Devika’s deceit, Geetanjali, Chandrakant, and Akhil rush into the city to locate Teerth.
Inside the elevator, tension rises as Teerth repeatedly demands the truth about Rishi. Suman insists that Rishi is not his child, but Teerth refuses to believe her. He becomes agitated and desperate to escape. Suman, equally frustrated, shouts at him to calm down, reminding him how deeply she once loved him despite the pain he caused her. The argument between them exposes years of unspoken grief and heartbreak.
At the same time, Reva finds herself trapped with Vikram, who corners her and threatens her life if she dares to expose him. She struggles to break free, and just in time, Akhil and the others arrive. They rescue the children, relieved to find them unharmed.
Geetanjali learns that Suman and Teerth are still stuck in the elevator. When she questions her frightened granddaughter about what happened, the little girl remains silent, too scared to mention Vikram’s name. Devika soon arrives and immediately blames Suman for everything, accusing her of creating chaos and siding against her own family. Her false accusations infuriate Vikram, who fears that Devika’s anger might reveal too much.
As the elevator doors finally begin to open, Teerth seizes the moment and confronts Suman once again. He demands to know the truth about her relationship with Vikram, unable to contain his jealousy and confusion. Suman, visibly hurt, replies that Vikram has never humiliated her or broken her trust — unlike Teerth. She admits that Vikram at least respects her as a person. Teerth, overcome by emotion, leans closer to her to express his pain just as the elevator doors slide open, leaving everyone stunned at the sight.
