The officer accuses Suman of illegal activities and threatens arrest. Suman pleads innocence, but he remains adamant.
Teerth arrives and demands Suman’s release, but Suman misunderstands his intentions. Believing he conspired against her, she slaps him and refuses to hear him out. The police arrest both Suman and Rishi, and the media sensationalises the scandal. Watching the news, the Mittal family reels in shock, while Devika cunningly pretends sympathy. Gitanjali soon realises Devika’s hand behind the trap and begs her to stop, but Devika threatens to make Suman and Rishi’s punishment even harsher. Reva bursts out, declaring hatred for her mother. Devika coldly says she loves Reva’s hate and prepares to go to the police station.
At the station, Suman and Rishi are cruelly separated. Rishi’s asthma worsens as he cries for his mother. Suman begs the officers to release him, but they ignore her pleas, saying ₹50 lakhs were recovered. She demands her right to make a call and insists she can prove her innocence. Meanwhile, Teerth tries to help, but Devika warns him to stay away.
Inside, Rishi’s condition deteriorates as he struggles to breathe. Suman frantically asks for his inhaler, but it’s in the car. The lady inspector ignores her pleas and pressures her for answers. Seeing Rishi collapse, Teerth dashes outside, breaks the car window, and retrieves the inhaler. He rushes back to Rishi, who regains consciousness after inhaling. Relieved, Suman watches Teerth hug Rishi tightly.
As the police step out for a moment, Devika enters and smirks at Suman, vowing to destroy her further. Teerth senses danger, wondering what Devika plans next.
