Gitanjali agrees and reminds Devika to rest for the night since tomorrow holds significance. Expressing her gratitude, Devika remarks that Gitanjali has made it a memorable day by reconciling with her. Curious, Gitanjali asks if Teerth is aware of the plans for tomorrow. In response, Devika shared that she filled in Suman’s mother instead. However, Gitanjali expresses concern over Suman’s state of mind.
Devika reveals a photo of Teerth and Suman, explaining that Suman had sent it to Kritika to stir up jealousy. Expressing her disbelief, Gitanjali questions how someone could be so cruel as to send such a photo to Kritika. Devika then fears this girl could cause a rift between Gitanjali and Teerth.
Gitanjali mentions my laddoo, while Devika notes that Suman had it and may refer to me as Sumi instead of Gitu. Gitanjali leaves, and Devika confesses she was worried you might side with Suman, which is why I brought you to my team. Suman heads over to the table with the colours and grabs a red one, causing quite a surprise among the onlookers. Without hesitation, she dyes her white clothes in a vibrant shade of red. Teerth inquires, “What’s going on, Suman ji? Why do this?” Gitanjali also questions, “What’s with the sudden show?” To which Suman calmly explains, “I am adorning myself in my husband’s colour for my suhaag. My brother gave me away in marriage to Neta ji.”
According to her, Neta ji’s love for me was not genuine and he only married me because of my brother. But despite this, he has been a pillar of support for me and my family. It turns out that the person I once saw as wicked is my saviour, and I have adorned myself with henna in his honour. Kritika reveals that Teerth is her spouse and she has inscribed his name on her hands with mehendi. Gitanjali encourages her to observe Karwachauth by adorning herself with henna, forgetting all the pain and sadness. Devika is content with this decision.
Suman expresses deep gratitude towards Neta ji for his immense contributions to her family, stating her willingness to fast for him for a lifetime.
