I need you to stay here and look after Rishi.” She confides in him about her growing fear of Devika’s presence at the hospital and her uncertainty about Bhoomi’s intentions. “I can’t tell anymore whether Bhoomi truly cares for Rishi,” she admits, her voice heavy with doubt. “That’s why I’m counting on you.”

Suman then makes her way to the hospital temple, folding her hands in front of Lord Shiva’s idol. With tears streaming down her face, she prays, “Mahadev, please bring my son back to life. I will walk barefoot to Uma Maheshwar Mandir if you heal my Rishi before I return.” Unbeknownst to her, Teerth overhears her desperate vow from behind the pillar, his expression softening with guilt and admiration.

Before leaving, Teerth’s brother hands Suman a kalash filled with sacred water, reminding her that her faith will be tested along the journey. As she continues her painful journey, Devika, lurking in the shadows of the hospital corridor, calls Gulshan. Her voice turns venomous as she orders, “You know what to do. Make sure neither Suman nor Teerth returns alive.” Gulshan, sitting in a parked truck nearby, watches from a distance as Suman and Teerth walk along the deserted road, his engine running and ready to strike.

Back at the hospital, Rishi’s condition remains fragile. Bhoomi and Akhil sit anxiously outside the ICU, praying. Meanwhile, Devika sets her secondary plan into motion. She approaches Vikram and pretends to be sympathetic, her tone smooth and manipulative. “You care so much for Suman,” she says slyly, “but have you noticed? She only turns to Teerth now. If you don’t stop them, soon you’ll be taking care of their second child.”

Her words ignite anger and jealousy in Vikram. He clenches his fists, but before he can react, Reva rushes in, frightened. She pleads, “Please, don’t hurt my mother!” Vikram looks at the child with soft eyes and assures her gently, “I’ll never hurt you or your mother.” He then storms out of the room, trying to calm his emotions. Moments later, a nurse enters Rishi’s ward with a file and hands Bhoomi a prescription. “These are Rishi’s injections. Please get them quickly,” she says. Akhil offers to go, but Bhoomi stops him, snatching the paper. “You don’t even have money,” she snaps. “I’ll get the medicines myself.” She rushes out of the hospital, unaware that the nurse has just exchanged a subtle nod with Devika.

As Bhoomi disappears down the corridor, Devika smirks in satisfaction. Her plan has worked perfectly—she has managed to remove Bhoomi from the hospital and separate her from Rishi’s bedside. The nurse, acting on her signal, locks the medicine cabinet and turns off the monitor’s alarm, ensuring that no one will notice any sudden changes in Rishi’s condition.

Meanwhile, outside, Suman stumbles but refuses to stop. Her feet are bleeding, yet she continues to chant “Om Namah Shivaya” with each painful step. Teerth follows her at a distance, ready to intervene if she collapses. At that moment, Gulshan accelerates his truck, ready to run them over.
