Standing beside her, Teerth looks remorseful. His eyes lower as he recalls his past mistakes and the pain he caused Suman. In a moment of humility, he joins his hands and prays too, whispering, “Lord Shiva, forgive me for my arrogance. Please save my son.” Their combined prayers seem to melt the priest’s heart. Suddenly, the bells inside the temple start ringing on their own, and the priest, astonished, declares, “Mahadev has heard your prayers. You may enter.”

Inside, Suman walks barefoot to the idol of Lord Shiva. Her voice trembles as she prays, “You took my strength, my peace, my faith—but don’t take my child. I have no one else.” Teerth lights a diya beside her, both of them praying with deep devotion.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Devika, still disguised as a nurse, lurks near Rishi’s cabin. She waits for a chance to strike again. However, Vikram and Akhil are standing guard outside the door. Akhil grows uneasy, asking, “Why does Suman always trust you so much, Vikram?” Vikram calmly replies, “Because she knows I’ll never let anything happen to Rishi.” Bhoomi, hearing this, feels reassured, though her instincts tell her something is off.

Back inside, Devika clenches a syringe filled with a dangerous substance. She moves toward Rishi’s bedside but suddenly stops—the syringe slips slightly from her trembling hand. Her vision blurs, and she feels an invisible force holding her back. “What’s happening to me?” she mutters, terrified. Despite her determination, her hands refuse to move closer to the boy. Overwhelmed by fear, she steps back.

Unbeknownst to her, Vikram, noticing her hesitation through the glass window, quickly switches off the room’s power supply. The room goes dark, concealing her suspicious behavior. Devika uses the blackout to escape unnoticed.

At the temple, the priest concludes the prayer and blesses Suman with sacred leaves. “Your devotion has been accepted,” he says. “Go to your son—he will be safe now.” Suman and Teerth rush back to the hospital, still chanting ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ along the way.

As soon as they arrive, Suman hurries to Rishi’s bedside and places the blessed leaves on his forehead. Moments later, Rishi stirs and opens his eyes weakly. “Mama…” he whispers. Overcome with guilt, he admits his crimes. “I was the one who tried to separate Teerth from Suman,” he confesses. “I even plotted against Rishi. I was blinded by greed and hatred.” Hema and Malini are stunned as he falls to his knees, asking for forgiveness.
