The episode begins with Teerth returning home, noticing that the house is silent and assuming everyone is asleep. Kritika remarks that he will now head to Suman’s room. As he approaches, he knocks and calls out for her, unaware that Akhil is inside but does not respond. Teerth assumes Suman must have already gone to bed, believing that his mother must have ensured her well-being. Meanwhile, Suman confides in Hema, saying that Neta Ji is a good person and that the relationship that was once tied due to Rishi has ended with him. Malini questions Suman about her thoughts on Teerth and offers to call him. However, Suman declines, reasoning that if he truly cared, he would have reached out by now. Hema urges her to contact him at least once, but Suman firmly believes that he will honor the marriage. Malini attempts to call Teerth, but Suman stops her, extracting a promise that they will not contact him. Deep down, she wonders why he hasn’t called.
Meanwhile, Kritika informs Devika that everything is unfolding as she planned. Devika is confident that Suman will return, vowing to drive her out for good, and asks Kritika to trust her.
The next morning, Teerth asks Gitanjali about Suman’s whereabouts. Chandrakant bluntly informs him that she has left. When Teerth demands to know where, Chandrakant sarcastically responds that he isn’t a CCTV camera and only knows that she is gone. Gitanjali explains that Suman left while he was dropping the doctor home. Shocked, Teerth asks Devika why Suman left and what trouble she has stirred. Guru questions whether he intends to break ties. Devika accuses Teerth of facing this situation because he married Suman instead of Kritika. Frustrated, Teerth leaves. Devika quickly messages Gulshan, informing him that Teerth is on his way. Gulshan declares that Teerth will not escape his grasp.
Meanwhile, Suman steps out to buy some essentials. Gulshan gathers the neighbors, inciting them against Teerth by claiming that he married Suman, spent two nights with her, and then abandoned her. When Teerth arrives, Gulshan riles up the crowd, urging them to seek justice for Suman. As Teerth attempts to approach her, Gulshan and the neighbors block his path. When he insists on meeting Suman, Gulshan provokes a fight, and a neighbor strikes Teerth on the head with a rod, causing his vision to blur. Gulshan boasts that the entire Sarafa market stands against Teerth today and orders them to attack him. The crowd viciously assaults Teerth.
Suman, unaware of the situation, notices the commotion and inquires about it. A passerby dismisses it as a minor issue, and she walks away. Meanwhile, Gulshan prepares to strike Teerth with a rod, but just in time, Suman intervenes, grabbing the weapon from him. She confronts Gulshan, demanding to know how he dares to harm her husband. With unwavering determination, she defends Teerth and forces the crowd to step back. She reminds the neighbors that they once considered her their daughter, yet they now allow such treatment of her husband.
The neighbors respond by claiming that Gulshan told them Teerth had sheltered her for two days before abandoning her. Suman, appalled, questions how they could believe Gulshan, a man who has always wronged them. She praises Teerth for fulfilling Rishi’s last wish by marrying her and acknowledges that, despite everything, some of his actions have been incorrect.
