The opposing lawyer quickly twists Rishi’s statement, claiming the boy was influenced earlier and is now contradicting himself. As the lawyer escalates the argument, he begins attacking Suman’s character.

Rishi becomes overwhelmed by the harsh accusations and panics. Unable to watch her son struggle, Suman steps forward and requests the judge to stop the heated exchange. She expresses her anger toward Teerth for dragging their child into the legal fight and allowing him to experience such emotional turmoil.

Back home, Rishi continues to feel restless and disturbed. Teerth is consumed by guilt for putting his child through the ordeal. He begins questioning whether he is doing the right thing. Gitanjali Devi consoles him and tells him that if he truly wishes to win Rishi back, he must do it with love and respect rather than legal pressure. She believes that if his intentions remain pure, Suman and Rishi will eventually return to him on their own.

Later that night, Rishi confides in Reva and shares everything that happened in court. Reva reassures him that Suman will manage the situation and urges him not to worry. Still, Rishi decides to take matters into his own hands and comes up with a plan to prove his mother’s value and devotion.

The next day in court, Rishi arrives with photographs that showcase moments from his childhood. Each picture highlights Suman’s sacrifices, her dedication and the unconditional love she gave him while raising him alone. Rishi emotionally pleads with the judge not to separate him from his mother. His heartfelt words leave everyone moved.

Teerth realises how deeply Rishi loves Suman and how damaging the custody battle has become for him. Overcome with regret, he decides to withdraw the case, choosing Rishi’s wellbeing over his own desires.

However, Mr Sinha refuses to accept defeat. He manipulates Teerth and pushes him to continue the case. Determined to strengthen their argument, he summons Gulshan as a witness. Gulshan and Devika both testify that Suman bribed Gulshan to trap Devika in a false case.

The lawyer then presents a video that allegedly shows Suman handing over money to Gulshan. He uses the footage as proof to paint Suman as a criminal in front of the court, casting a shadow on her character and raising new complications in the custody battle.
