However, Bhoomi suddenly claims she does not have any call recordings. Suman is left stunned. She quickly requests ten minutes from the judge and pulls Bhoomi aside to question her.

Suman asks how Bhoomi could misplace such important proof and even criticises her for failing in her responsibility as a lawyer. Bhoomi calmly replies that she wants to start a new life without Rishi. She says that although Rishi is her and Akhil’s child, she no longer wishes to carry the weight of past mistakes. Bhoomi decides to give up custody, believing that distancing herself from Rishi will be best for everyone involved.

Bhoomi then recalls how one mistake had completely turned her life upside down. She remembers wanting to abort the baby when Akhil refused to accept responsibility. But due to medical complications, she could not go ahead with the abortion. At that time, Suman stepped in and took care of Rishi.
