Sahiba packs Simran and Angad’s clothes into a bag. Manveer confronts her, accusing her of trying to frighten and expose her in front of the family. Sahiba questions why Manveer remained silent while the staff was being accused and Sukhdeep was crying inconsolably. Manveer dismisses Sahiba’s concern, stating that she did not ask Sukhdeep to cry. In disbelief, Sahiba asks how Manveer can be so heartless. Manveer retorts by asking what else she should do. Sahiba asserts that if Manveer had seen Simran’s condition, she wouldn’t have made such a callous remark; instead, she should reveal the truth to everyone without living in constant fear. Angered, Manveer yells that she knows Sahiba’s true intentions – to see her humiliated – but her plan will not succeed as she knows what happened and what will happen. Sahiba stands her ground, stating that if Manveer truly knew what happened, she would not act with such indifference. With a warning from Manveer, the conversation ends abruptly.
Sahiba arrives at the hospital with Angad and Simran’s clothes, assuring him that Simran will recover soon. Seerat expresses her disappointment at being ignored by Sahiba, who explains that she was not present when the family was worried about Simran. Seerat justifies her absence by saying she was sleeping and playfully comments on Sahiba’s tired appearance before going to get coffee for her. Meanwhile, Sahiba hands over Angad’s clothes to him but he hesitates to give his dirty clothes back. Sahiba reminds him that they are married and there is no need for formalities. As Angad starts eating, Sahiba notices Seerat’s earring on his jacket and confronts her. Seerat questions how it got there, to which Sahiba responds by asking why she doesn’t reveal the truth instead of questioning her. She then asks how the earring ended up in Angad’s jacket in the first place.
Seerat tells Angad that he had picked her up from the party venue and makes a dig at her, feeling sorry for her situation where her husband doesn’t trust her or share anything with her, similar to Manveer. Sahiba cautions Seerat not to conceal her mistakes and shares that there is a strong understanding between herself and her husband, and no one can come between them. She then confronts Angad about why he didn’t tell her that he had picked up Seerat from a hotel. Angad explains the sequence of events and mentions that Seerat, in an intoxicated state, said something she shouldn’t have and has now come to apologize. Sahiba asks if there is anything else he wants to add. Angad reminds Sahiba of what she had previously told him, expressing pride in being his wife, and asks if she trusts him. Sahiba assures him that she does. He reassures her that he would never do anything to hurt her.
Brars, Angad, Japjyoth, and Manveer all visit the hospital to check on Simran. Surprisingly even Angad’s brother, Manveer is there. Japjyoth mentions that despite their past differences, Manveer seems to be the most concerned about Simran’s kidnapping. The doctor then updates them on multiple tests that have been done on Simran, but unfortunately, they were unable to determine her illness. Akaal questions the capability of the hospital in treating Simran. Angad decides to transfer her to a better hospital. The doctor assures them that they will continue to search for a diagnosis. Angad declares that he will not rest until he finds the person responsible for handing over Simran to her kidnapper. Inder also promises to help in any way possible.

An organ failure threatens Simran’s life, so the family needs to arrange an organ as soon as possible. Angad says he will spend anything he can to save Simran from harm. Doctor says they don’t have a donor. Sahiba agrees to donate her organ. Angad says he can’t lose her. Sahiba says she can’t lose Simran. Angad shouts, “Sahibaa!” during surgery.
