As Agastya is occupied on the phone, he notices Sahiba’s absence. The hotel manager takes action by installing microphones in Angad’s suite. He then queries a waiter about seeing his wife, but receives a negative response. Concerned for Sahiba, Angad tries to reach her through a phone call, but she does not answer. The manager inquires about any issues and Angad reveals that his wife is missing. After questioning the staff, the manager discovers that Sahiba had headed towards the beach. Without hesitation, Angad makes his way to the beach while the manager instructs his assistant to follow their plan. As he approaches the beach, Angad sees Sahiba having mehandi applied to her hand. He immediately asks her why she is here when he was worried for her well-being.
The Mehandi artist inquires of Sahiba the name she would like written on her hand. As Angad is approached by an elderly beggar woman, she declares him to be Sunny Sood and reminds him of his promise to meet her upon his return to Mumbai. Curious, she asks if the attractive girl with him is his wife. Sahiba clarifies that he is in fact Angad Singh Brar, not Sunny Sood. The old lady insists her eyes cannot deceive her and walks away. Feeling grateful for her blessings, Angad offers her money. Confused, the lady questions why he would give her money if he is not Sunny Sood. In response, Angad explains that she called him a son and blessed him, encouraging her to use the money to celebrate Diwali.
As Angad and Shiba arrive home, they are taken aback to find a man already in the room. Confused, Angad inquires about his identity. The man, addressing Angad as Sunny Sood, urges him not to play jokes and reveals that he had learned about Angad’s visit from a friend and decided to come here. He adds that while Angad may prank his other friends, he shouldn’t do it with him. However, Angad is not pleased with this stranger’s presence and immediately calls for the manager to reprimand him for letting someone unknown into their room. The man introduces himself as an old friend and mentor of Sunny’s, and explains that when he found out about Sunny’s stay at the hotel, he took permission from the staff to surprise him. An agitated Angad demands the manager to remove the man from their room at once. The staff complies and escorts the man out. As they leave, Sahiba ponders if there is any resemblance between Angad and Sunny Sood’s faces.
Yash is updated by his staff that Rumi’s condition is deteriorating and he has been constantly mentioning Sahiba’s name. He reassures them that he will address the issue. Shortly after, Jasleen calls him back and he questions her restlessness, comparing it to a teenager’s behavior. She explains that they are both struggling with the loss of their sons and feeling alone. Yash reminds her that he has been living alone for years and doesn’t want to make promises he may not be able to keep. She suggests being friends instead and invites him for dinner tonight. He declines, stating his prior commitments, but offers to meet her for lunch instead. This makes Jasleen happy.
Angad is experiencing a bout of acidity and the thought of someone entering his room without permission causes him discomfort. He plans to check out of the hotel tomorrow morning. The manager overhears their conversation using a hidden microphone and worries about facing his boss’s wrath if Angad decides to leave. Sahiba suggests that Angad have something to ease his discomfort, but he declines as he blames his spicy pasta for causing the acidity. Just then, there’s a knock at the door and Sahiba answers it. It’s the manager who politely asks if he can talk to Angad for a moment. Upon receiving permission from Sahiba, the manager enters and inquires about Angad’s well-being.
Angad asked if he found out who let that man in. Manager said he found out who allowed that man in and removed him from work immediately. Manager asks Angad not to do that and give him a chance to serve better. Sahiba convinces Angad. He walks out and thanks god that Angad agreed otherwise his boss would have killed him.
Sahiba attempts to soothe Angad’s acidity, but he remains restless. In the hotel kitchen, she prepares a carrot and pumpkin soup for him. She then calls Japjot to apologize for interrupting her at this hour. Without hesitation, Japjot says she would do anything for Angad and inquires about his acidity. Sahiba wonders how she knows, to which Japjot responds that it is a result of eating spicy food. Sahiba expresses her hope for understanding Angad as well as Japjot does. Replying, Japjot states that comprehending one’s life partner takes time and effort and suggests that Sahiba should have invested in staying with Angad and getting to know him better instead of leaving him. Grateful once again, Sahiba thanks Japjot for taking the time to speak with her during this moment of distress.
