Angad walks to a canopy at a beach and reads the plank mera gabru sardar. He thinks Sahiba nicknamed him again. Sahiba is singing Chupke se Lagja Gale nearby, and he searches for her. Sahiba hides and continues singing. She walks in front of him in Maharashtra attire and sings Humko Aaj Kal Hai Intezar… song. She holds his hand and their eyes lock.
A group of armed individuals are on the lookout for Angad. A stranger claims to have knowledge of his whereabouts and invites them to join him. Sahiba inquires about her appearance, to which Angad responds positively, before asking what makes today special. Sahiba confirms that today is indeed significant; she expresses regret for not valuing their relationship and wanting to elevate it to a new level, demonstrating how much it means to her. She apologizes for doubting him and walking away. Taking his hand, she opens up about her feelings for him.
When she married him, she believed it was her biggest mistake. However, she has since come to realize that it was actually the best decision of their lives. Now, she wants to spend the rest of her life experiencing all that life has to offer with him. She wonders if he feels the same way. Suddenly, goons appear and accuse Angad of leaving them in trouble while he enjoys a peaceful life with his wife. But Angad clarifies that they have mistaken him for someone else – he is Sunny Sood, not Angad Singh Brar. The goons refuse to believe him and attempt to attack him once again. Sahiba steps in and declares that they will have to go through her first. One of the goons attacks her, but Angad comes to her rescue and fights off the attackers.
The hotel manager and staff arrive there and catch the goons. Sahiba asks how goons can enter the hotel’s private beach. Angad asks how someone can barge into a hotel room without permission. They apologize and ask the manager what we can do when people identify him as Sunny Sood, as even if they move to another hotel, they will be disturbed. Angad holds Sahiba’s hand and walks away.
As she sits in the room, Sahiba reflects on how people refer to Angad as Sunny Sood. She worries that their striking resemblance could put Angad in danger. The manager arrives with two bodyguards, explaining that they will protect Angad and Sahiba from those who harass Angad as Sunny. Angad receives a call and learns that someone named Kanav Agarwal will give him the passcode for tomorrow’s diamond delivery at the hotel reception. He shares this information with Sahiba and decides to bring along a guard while asking another to stand watch outside the room for Sahiba’s safety. However, Sahiba insists on following Angad out of the room.
As Angad meets Kanav, his ID is checked and he receives the password for his vault. Then, he notices Sahiba in the lobby and inquires about her presence. She insists that he return to Ludhiana tonight, but Angad disagrees, considering it a risky decision. Sahiba suggests leaving Mumbai altogether to protect his life. However, Angad refuses to leave without retrieving the diamond. Sahiba believes that all their current troubles are due to the diamond and questions if Angad would have reacted differently if they were in Ludhiana and someone had mistaken him for another person. Angad asks her if she would have responded similarly in such a situation, to which she replies that she holds great importance in his life regardless of their location.
