Sahiba pulls up in a taxi and beckons Angad to join her. The driver inquires if he prefers a local taxi, as there is a mechanic en route. Sahiba informs Angad that they have no other choice. He climbs into the car and they take off. The driver updates the hotel manager on Angad’s departure. The manager reprimands him for allowing Angad to leave and potentially causing major issues if he arrives at his destination on time. Meanwhile, Sahiba and Angad continue their playful bickering during the cab ride. Upon arrival, Sahiba instructs him to head inside while she handles the fare with the cab driver.
Upon arriving at the office vault, Angad introduces himself as Angad Singh Brar and informs the delivery man that he is here to collect a diamond delivery. He presents his passcode and identification but is informed by the delivery man that someone else claiming to be Angad Singh has already collected the diamonds using the same credentials. Feeling distressed, Angad directs his anger towards the delivery man, warning him of potential legal action against him and his company. In response, the delivery man hits an alarm which alerts nearby guards to intervene and restrain Angad. Sahiba, who happens to be present, inquires about the commotion and is told by the delivery man that her husband is behaving erratically. Despite Angad’s insistence that someone else has taken their diamond delivery, he is forcefully removed from the premises by the guards.
Angad contacts agent Malhotra, the person he used to order the diamond, and threatens legal action for delivering the precious gem to someone else. However, Malhotra counters with proof of their delivery and threatens to file a case against Angad instead. Frustrated, Angad hangs up the phone. Meanwhile, a mysterious man is seen receiving the diamond and leaving in his car, showing identification and a passcode. Not long after, Angad arrives at the hotel where Sahiba informs him that they both look distressed. The mysterious man asks the hotel manager for a picture of Angad before approaching him and asking if he needs assistance. Confused, Angad requests information on the nearest police station. The manager questions his intentions but ultimately directs him to his room as requested.
He tells the police that he is Angad Singh Brar. When the inspector asks if Angad has dealt with an African company for a diamond, Angad says he was about to complain to the police about the diamond being delivered to someone else by that company. Inspector says usually in such big deals, people receive diamond and deny its delivery to obtain insurance amount, and then sell the diamond in the black market for a huge sum, so he needs to conduct a proper investigation.
Angad is asked to leave the hotel by the manager since they do not want a guest with a police case to stay there. Sahiba reacts, but Angad says they will leave. They walk out of the hotel. Sahiba believes Sunny Sood delivered the diamond because everyone misinterpreted him as Sunny. Angad doesn’t accept her theory and tells her to keep her mouth shut. Manager calls mysterious man and informs him the job has been completed and thanks him for the money offered.
As the Brar family prepared for their Diwali celebration, they eagerly awaited the arrival of Angad. Japjot inquired with Manveer about the Diwali arrangements, to which she responded affirmatively. Seerat then offered her help in the festivities, wanting to be included. However, Manveer dismissed her, accusing her of putting on a facade of being good when everyone could see through it. Despite this, Seerat persisted. Manveer assigned roles for welcoming Angad and Sahiba – herself for Angad and Seerat for Sahiba. She reminded Japjot not to let these sisters ruin her mood and then instructed Veer to pick up Angad from the airport later that evening. Some time passed before Manveer questioned Veer if he had already gone to pick up Angad.
Veer informs Angad that he plans to return home alone. Inder assures him that they will all give him a warm reception. Jasleen mocks them, stating that Angad is not deserving of such a celebration like Ramji. Manveer praises her son for his achievement and believes he should be welcomed in a grand manner. While contacting the insurance company regarding his claim, Angad also calls the manager to inquire about its status. The manager explains that an investigation must be conducted first. Later, Veer calls Angad to inform him that their family is aware of the missing diamond and how Angad had risked his wealth for it. Feeling guilty, Angad confides in Sahiba and she reassures him that everything will eventually work out.
