With tears streaming down his face, Angad longs for his unborn child. He wonders when their birthday will arrive and, in the meantime, celebrates Simran’s birthday instead. He proudly displays a gift he has purchased and expresses how much he misses being a father to them. As he opens the present, he remembers telling Sahiba not to worry about anything while caring for herself and their baby. He also recalls angrily asking her to leave his home as he could no longer stand her presence. Wiping away his tears, Angad’s heart aches with sorrow.
The first kid who is happy to go to school is Akeer. Biji feeds him Kheer. Twinkle says Akeer is the first kid happy to go to school. Biji says Twinkle used to throw tantrums to get into school. Twinkle says she came first even then. Akeer agrees. Sahiba receives a call from the principal, who asks her and Diljeet to meet her immediately. Akeer says it’s just like him.
Their principal informs them that Akeer will represent Panesar in an interschool science quiz competition tomorrow at GGD International School and asks if they will take him to Ludhiana. Daljeet asks why not. Simran informs Angad that the principal has invited him to attend the science quiz at GGD school tomorrow as a chief guest. She tells him that it’s her school, and she wants him to wear the shirt she selected.
Upon returning home, Daljeet updates the family on Akeer’s upcoming competition tomorrow. Sahiba reviews the list of required documents and discovers that a birth certificate is also needed. Both Akeer and Daljeet are thrilled about their trip to Ludhiana tomorrow. However, Sahiba reveals that Akeer cannot participate in this year’s competition but can attend next year. Daljeet offers to take out a loan if there are any financial concerns. Despite his offer, Sahiba declines and walks away. She examines Akeer’s birth certificate and notices that Angad’s name is listed as the father.
While walking past Angad’s baby room, Keerat and Bani are interrupted by a servant who asks Keerat to check Bebe’s medicine list. As she stops, Bani becomes captivated by the toys in the room. However, Simran quickly notices and angrily pulls her out of the room, causing Bani to cling to Keerat in fear. Simran scolds them both, leading Keerat to warn her to behave with Bani. Just then, Angad arrives and reminds Simran that she cannot speak to her family members in such a tone. Keerat then explains what happened to Garry, while Angad assures him that he will calm Bani down. As Garry approaches them, questioning what happened, Angad brushes it off and walks away. Seemingly frustrated, Keerat shares with Garry how, even after years of marriage, Angad has not entirely accepted her as his sister-in-law because she is Sahiba’s sister and often mistreats her;. However, she can endure injustice for herself and refuses to see the same treatment towards Bani.
Sahiba remembers the day she delivered Akeer, and filled out the birth certificate with Angad’s name listed as the father. As Daljeet approaches her, he asks if she’s worried about the birth certificate. Sahiba expresses concern that their long-held secret will be revealed, and she fears how Akeer will react when he finds out. Daljeet reflects on bringing Sahiba to his home and deceiving Biji by telling her that they were married, to which Biji happily welcomed Sahiba as her daughter-in-law. Returning to the present, Daljeet reassures Sahiba that everything will turn out fine.
