Udne Ki Aasha 23rd September 2024 Written Update begins with Renu giving her gold bangles to Sachin to support Paresh’s medical expenses. Tejas adds a gold chain, and Roshni offers her jewellery, but Sachin insists that what they’ve given is enough. Sayali watches emotionally from the sidelines. The nurse hands Sachin the bill and cash; he steps away momentarily.
Meanwhile, Sayali hides, recalling how much Sachin loved his car. Suddenly, Akash arrives. Renu lashes out at him, as do Tejas and Kishor. Akash asks to see his father. Roshni questions why he’s concerned now after neglecting the family. Renu blames Akash for Paresh’s condition and insists he should’ve come earlier. Akash pleads to see Paresh once.
Sachin returns and firmly blocks Akash, threatening to harm him if he doesn’t leave. Akash begs to see his father but is met with harsh words. Sachin accuses him of being the reason Paresh went to jail. Tejas asks Sachin to stay calm, reminding him that Paresh is undergoing surgery. Despite Akash’s offer to pay for the angioplasty, Sachin refuses, saying he has already arranged the funds and doesn’t want anything from a selfish man like him.
Sayali, watching from afar, realizes Sachin won’t allow her to meet Paresh, and she wonders how to tie the sacred thread on his wrist. Akash continues to beg for one last look at Paresh, but Sachin remains unmoved. Eventually, Renu urges Akash to leave, and he exits in tears. Paresh is wheeled into the operation theatre while Sayali follows quietly. The doctor tells the family they will be updated after surgery.
Sachin discusses the finances and decides to mortgage the jewellery. Kishor reassures him, and Tejas agrees to stay back. Renu prays emotionally for Paresh’s life, joined by Roshni and Sayali. Renu breaks down, saying she cannot imagine life without Paresh, and even curses Sayali, who overhears and is heartbroken.
The doctor emerges to announce the surgery was successful. Sachin thanks him, while Sayali looks on, relieved. As Sachin and Tejas shift Paresh to his room, Sayali decides she must tie the thread to his wrist. Sachin becomes emotional seeing Paresh and asks Tejas to stay while he steps out.
Sayali hides when she sees Sachin again. After Sachin leaves, a nurse asks Tejas to fetch an injection. Realizing Paresh is momentarily alone, Sayali seizes the chance to enter and fulfill her vow.
