The episode begins with Sachin and Sayali visiting the temple to pray to Bappa. They stop by a stall to purchase a Ganesh idol for Sayali’s chawl. Sayali mentions that Shubha suggested placing the idol together, and she asks Sachin if he is happy about it. Sachin fondly recalls their childhood memories of singing and dancing during the festival. As Sayali takes her time selecting an idol, Sachin jokes that she will take hours and then start bargaining. Sayali expresses her desire to do something unique and special.

Sachin takes her aside, excitedly revealing an idea. Coincidentally, they both suggest making the idol themselves. Sachin recalls how he used to make idols with Aaji in her village and shares that she happily approved of their plan. Sayali suggests making an eco-friendly idol, and Sachin agrees. They pray for everything to go well before setting off to begin their creation.

Meanwhile, Paresh gets ready to leave when he receives an urgent call from Joy, asking to meet immediately. On the other hand, Tejas worries that if Sachin discovers his secret, he will be thrown out of the house. A man, who took Sachin’s cab, converses with Tejas, who then asks him for ₹20,000. The man agrees but takes Tejas’ ID picture before handing over the money and mentioning an interest charge.

Sachin returns home, and Paresh informs him that Joy wants to discuss something important about Akash. Paresh reveals that Joy is against Akash and Riya’s friendship and has arranged Riya’s marriage with someone else. Sachin becomes furious when he learns that Joy spoke rudely to Paresh, but Paresh advises him to stay calm, as it concerns Akash’s life.

Sayali asks Paresh if he has spoken to Akash again. Paresh explains that he does not want Akash to feel mistrusted but is worried after Joy’s threats. Sachin then reveals that he was aware Akash was still in contact with Riya but had trusted Akash to make the right decision for the family’s dignity.

Meanwhile, Riya secretly contacts Akash using an old phone, revealing that her mother had taken away her usual phone. Akash, who had been worried about her, finally tells Riya he is ready to marry her. Overjoyed, Riya expresses her happiness and assures him they will handle everything together.

Paresh asks Sachin to talk to Akash but warns him not to act out of anger. Sachin agrees. Sayali suggests that if both families communicate, the issue might be resolved. However, Sachin firmly refuses, stating that Joy insulted Paresh and that bringing Riya into their home is not an option. He decides not to inform their father to avoid unnecessary stress. Sayali asks about a solution, and Sachin tells her to explain to Akash that this chapter needs to end.
