In the episode, Renu asks the pandit for the shubh mahurat. The pandit says I will match the kundalis first. Tejas speaks to Roshni. Sayali calls Shubha and tells her about Tejas and Roshni. Sachin comes and hears Sayali. Juhi says Tejas’ marriage will break again. She said yes and showed maturity, but I felt she was a liar. She turns and sees Sachin. She ends the call.
She asks when you came. He says when you were backbiting. She says I just told the truth. He asks about Roshni. She says Roshni felt I was a maid; she said I was egoistic. Oh, really? How did she look? You should have scolded her. What do I do? She says to tell Tejas he’s going to marry her. He asks if she wore a blue dress and had long hair. She replies, “Yes, how do you know?”
He says I have seen her; I was going to drop them a ride; I saw her dress but couldn’t see her face; something is wrong. Tejas has made up a story: he has the money and has disappeared with her. In her statement, she says she is unsure if a girl helped him on the day of his accident. She says she is the girl who helped him, but I find it strange. When Paresh asked her about her family, she said they lived abroad, and she was afraid.
During the jokes, Akash jokes about Tejas. Tejas says he is my younger brother, Akash. Roshni says sorry, she is my friend Vidya. Akash asks her about her Dubai address. Vidya says Roshni and her dad have issues, so he didn’t come. Akash apologizes. The Pandit gives the mahurat. Paresh says okay. Sachin says something’s wrong with the girl. Sayali says that’s true.
Shanti brings home the groceries, and Sayali offers to help. She then requests Shanti to teach her how to cook on a traditional stove, to which Shanti agrees. As Sachin arrives, Aaji greets him with a cup of tea. He embraces and compliments her tea, saying it’s refreshing and far better than Renu’s. When Aaji asks if Sayali can make tea, Sachin admits she does a good job but not as well as Aaji does. Pleased with Sayali’s cooking skills, Aaji notes that it’s rare for modern girls to know how to cook, and Sachin is fortunate to have found someone like her. He responds by saying his friends are waiting for him and he will return soon before leaving the house.
Riya hits a lady in her scooter while hurriedly riding. Akash helps the lady. He follows Riya on his bike. He stops her and scolds her. She argues with him. He says, “You have hit a lady. Come and take her to the hospital.” She says you are her gang. He takes the scooter keys. She asks him to return them, but he asks her to pay for hospital expenses. They argue.
Upon her request, she calls the police. A man asks if everything is okay. She complains about Akash. The man scolds him. Akash says he will handle it, and you are mistaken. The man asks him to give the keys. Riya hits an old woman, and the man scolds her.
Akash assured me, “I will handle her. Thank you.” He then requests the money, warning that he will call the police otherwise. Riya complies and vows to not let him go. He challenges her to catch him first. Meanwhile, Sayali prepares food on the traditional stove while Aaji watches with a smile. Sayali wants to grind spices on a stone, and Aaji invites her to join. Together, they grind the spices. Shanti approaches Sayali and asks for guidance on managing a household. She reminds Sayali of the importance of a woman’s control over her husband in marriage.
I must see my three grandchildren’s children. Sayali asks why you stay alone here. Aaji says I am not alone. I was born in this village, and everyone cares about me. Should I leave my fields and come? Sayali asks how you handle this alone. Aaji says everything happens on its own. One has to solve one’s own problems; it is not difficult. Aaji thinks you will be better than me one day. Sayali says I wish I could become like you one day.
Sayali says, “You have to come home.” Aaji says, “I can’t come there. I’m born here, and I’ll die here. I can’t stay with Renu. I’m living in peace here.” She asks where Sachin is, so she calls him. Aaji says he forgot his phone here. Aaji says he’s just like that. He used to roam the entire village when he was a child.
Sayali says, “I’ll call him.” Aaji tells her the routes. Mamta asks Riya what happened. Riya says, “My mood is off.” Joy inquires. Riya tells of a guy insulting her. He wants to know how he looks. She says I have his bike number. She messages him. “No one insulted me, so please don’t let him get away with it.” She asks Mamta to get her coffee.
He said Paresh has to pay for this. Joy finds out and says the bike is registered in Sachin’s name, and the address is Paresh’s. Mamta says he did this when you demanded him to apologize. He says Paresh has to pay for this. Joy calls Paresh and asks him to come. Renu asks why he’s calling now. He says maybe he sanctioned the pension. I’ll give it to Sachin. She is upset.
Kaki asks Sayali to play with them. She plays with them. Sayali meets some ladies and asks them to show her how to carry pots. They like Sayali. She meets Kaki and helps her rotate a big wheel. Sayali believes that Aaji has a lot of respect and love here. I will also earn that respect and love one day.
The lady says Aaji picked the right girl for Sachin. Sachin talks to his friends. They say wives control their husbands. Sachin says one shouldn’t give too much freedom to the wife. Sayali comes and hears him. They say Sayali will change you. They laugh. Sachin says this won’t happen, and friends always stay together in joy and sorrow, so he won’t leave you all for my wife’s sake.
