Udne Ki Aasha 5th October 2024 Written Update begins with Sachin and Sayali arriving home in an auto rickshaw. Paresh notices and questions why they didn’t come by car. Sachin quickly asks Sayali not to reveal the truth. He lies, saying the car is at its usual place and shifts the topic. When Paresh persists, Sachin says he’ll explain everything later.
Renu interrupts, sarcastically asking what gifts they’ve brought from the Navratri celebrations. She taunts Sayali, commenting there’s no gold chain or ring. Sayali tries to defend her mother, but Renu keeps provoking her. In response, Sachin turns the tables on Renu and questions Tejas about the gifts from his in-laws. Tejas and Roshni feel cornered. Sachin then proudly states that Sayali gave him a gold ring but he returned it to be used for Juhi, claiming he isn’t greedy like Tejas.
Paresh again asks about the car. Sachin lies once more, saying the moneylender’s daughter took it for a week. Renu mocks him, asking how they’ll manage expenses. Roshni offers money from her and Tejas’ share, and Renu accepts it, taunting Sachin and Sayali again. Paresh, tired of the drama, tells Sachin to rest for a week and walks away. Renu fumes and blames Sayali for everything.
Later, Sachin talks to Anya on the phone. Sayali thanks him for standing up to Renu. Sachin brushes it off and wonders how they will manage finances. Sayali suggests telling the family the truth, but Sachin refuses and says he will find a job.
The next morning, Sachin approaches a travel agency for work. He explains that he had to sell his car due to an emergency and now needs a rented vehicle. However, the agency owner refuses, revealing that the financer, whom Sachin had previously slapped, has banned him from all agencies. Sachin pleads, but the man explains that his business is dependent on that financer and he can’t take the risk. Disheartened, Sachin walks out, trying hard to find a job elsewhere—only to face repeated rejection. He breaks down in frustration.
Meanwhile, Sayali meets Dilip and asks if he knows a moneylender. She wants to mortgage her gold bangles in exchange for ₹10,000. Dilip immediately offers to help and asks if Renu is troubling her. Sayali refuses to take his money, worried about how he would manage.

A goon catches Sayali and throws her off the terrace. Sachin rushes to save her, screaming her name in anguish as “Tujhe Jeena Hai Mere Bina…” plays in the background.
