Udne Ki Aasha 6th October 2024 Written Update begins with Dilip offering Sayali money, revealing he’s doing a part-time job. Sayali insists he focus on his studies and promises to handle things. She prays for Sachin’s well-being as Dilip leaves.
Elsewhere, Sachin meets a man named Dheeraj who offers a security guard job involving car washing and household chores for ₹40,000 per month. Without hesitation, Sachin agrees to do the job, telling Dheeraj that no work is too big or small—he needs the money after selling his taxi due to a family emergency.
Sayali, on the other hand, meets Dilip to collect borrowed money after mortgaging her gold bangles. She asks him not to inform anyone at home.
Meanwhile, Dheeraj takes Sachin to a posh housing society and introduces him to the secretary. Impressed with Sachin’s sincerity, the secretary offers him the job immediately. Sachin starts by cleaning a car and is appreciated for his work. He is told to report at 5 AM daily.
The next morning, Sachin skips breakfast to finish his duties. While grabbing a dosa at a food stall, he reads a newspaper article about wanted criminal Ranga. As fate would have it, he spots Ranga being chased by the police. At the same time, Sayali arrives nearby. To avoid being seen, Sachin hides his face, thinking she’ll argue if she finds out about his job.
Suddenly, Ranga grabs Sayali at knifepoint. Sachin panics and tries to intervene but is stopped by the police. Sayali calls out for Sachin, who yells back that she is his wife and pleads for her release. Ranga demands ₹10 lakhs and a police jeep to escape. The police begin to evacuate the building and block the elevators.
Sayali and Sachin manage to exchange a heartfelt moment. She tells him she trusts him more than herself. Ranga takes her phone and makes his demands again. The inspector agrees and brings a bag of money—mostly fake, with just one bundle of real cash.
Meanwhile, Sachin learns about the emergency staircase and rushes up. As Ranga threatens to throw Sayali from the terrace, Sachin arrives and offers to take her place. Ranga, agitated, checks the money bag just as Sachin uses a box to attack him. He pulls Sayali to safety and starts fighting Ranga.
When Ranga grabs the inspector’s gun, Sayali quickly throws a tyre at his hand. The gun falls, and the inspector grabs it, arresting Ranga. Sachin and Sayali embrace emotionally while “Hamdard Hai” plays in the background.
